Arjun pushed her curls back.Panchali insisted." Leave my way. Your wife is to be honoured with ornaments. Mata may search for me and I will be blamed for not doing my duty."
Arjun still did not leave her. He just stood observing her emotional trauma. Draupadi is frustrated. " Why are you so stubborn? Years passed but you did not change." She vent out her anger and moved back to avoid his togetherness.

Arjun stressed her words." Yes. I did not change. Finally you understood my reality. Krishnaa. I am still your Arjun. That Arjun for whom you used to wait for days together when I went on conquests. That Arjun on seeing whom you lose yourself. That Arjun who never had the opportunity to feel you,touch you,hear you and love you. Arjun remained the same Krishnaa. Panchali leaned back and closed her eyes. She then said in a low voice." Arjun ! That Krishnaa is lost ,you will never see her again . That Krishnaa is so innocent in love,not touched by any malice. She is too naive to understand the scheme of things planned by her fate. She will never come to life. Now you are facing the one who became rigid,lifeless and rude. Why do you waste your time? Go to your new bride who is delicate sauve,sensitive and loving. Go now ...

Arjun still did not move. He pulled her by the waist and held her close. Panchali raised her eyes and looked into his eyes that are showering his love . Arjun whispered in his husky voice. " Krishnaa. I won many wars, but the real war is before me that is to win you back...What do you think,I will win or lose?

Draupadi did not answer. Arjun hugged her and said." You should help me win.You are my wife. You could not bear my defeat no?"

Panchali's face turned red. She could not lock her eyes with his hazel eyes that are smiling with mischief. Arjun caressed her forehead and said." Let us fight the battle together. I am sure you will be elated when I win you back."

Arjun left with a winning smile leaving Panchali stupified. So smart,how he weaved magic with his words ,she wondered. Not only with his words but also with his touch.Panchali touched her face with her delicate palm. She still felt his warmth,his  love...

Subhadra expressed her pleasure." Bua.. All the ornaments are beautiful. You kept these for my sake?

Kunti smiled and patted her back." I always wanted this alliance to happen. My brother's daughter should be my daughter in law. I know Phalgun can fulfill my wish."

Draupadi watched them with surprise. They looked like mother and daughter. She admired them heartfully. Kunti called her." Subhadra... I would like you to honour maharani Draupadi. Always be with her and follow her words. She is the one who brought good fortune to my sons...

Draupadi cut her short humbly." Mata.. I don't want to get any credit.. Whatever happened is destined to happen.

Kunti smiled happily." You are right. Destiny made you the light of the life of my five sons. I am grateful to your destiny that dictated the event and my decision proved right...

Panchali took the fruit and cut that into small pieces. Offering them she remarked." You and your friend never pay attention to food. Always indulge in each other  with non stop banter.What kind of topics you have that you will never get  tired of conversing...I wonder. See. You won't eat sufficiently you will get hungry. Don't blame Panchali for not serving you well."

Krishna laughed and said." You should join us to know our topics. We won't leave anything under the sun begining with Bheem's obsession for food,Satya's insecure love,The new methods of warfare,Aryavarth's impending problems,Yudhishtir's obsession with dice, Nakul's new dress code ...

Panchali stopped him abruptly." More than enough Govind. I understood. You won't leave anyone behind. I doubt what did you and your friend  attribute to me..
