When my chin brushed the edges of his sheets, I pulled my lips away from his skin, folding my hands neatly in my lap and crossing one leg over the other. Confused by my sudden halt, he furrowed his brows at me, whining softly. I chuckled at his irritation.
"We have to go, Anakin. We should have left ages ago, we've more than overstayed our welcome- it's unkind to Cerra."
A hand of his drifted up and down my leg, resting at last upon my hand.
"That may be so, but- I'm glad we stayed..."
He barely whispered those last few words, yet I could still feel their truth. When, at last, his eyes opened, I grinned widely. Force, I loved those eyes.
After several lovely moments of gazing, he gently tugged at my tunic, pulling me down so that he could kiss me, a hand meandering up to the nape of my neck, the other still resting on my thigh.
He whispered into my mouth, "Obi-Wan. What will I do about you?"
Frowning at this, I pulled back an inch, eyebrows drawn together.
"What does that mean?"
He grinned, kissing me again, his hand moving farther up my thigh.
"I'll never be able to focus now, not with you to look at."
He squeezed the place where my thigh met my hips, and I gasped softly against his lips. I found myself unsure of what to do with my hands, which still rested rather awkwardly in my lap.
As I felt him begin to deepen our kiss, I tried to pull away- we didn't have time for this right now- but he grabbed my tunic and held me close to him, not letting go. Softly, I protested his name against his lips.
"Anakin-"
He didn't listen, kissing my neck as one hand slid the latch on my shoulder armor, letting it slide down my chest.
"Anakin,"
I protested again, but he only hummed against my neck in response, sucking another purple mark in the space below where my armor usually rested.
"Anakin, stop..."
I repeated, grabbing his arm half-heartedly. He huffed, finally pulling away as he gave me an irritated look. Resisting the urge to kiss the frown off his face, I placed my hands on his shoulders, tilting my head at him, trying to convey to him that this wasn't some sort of ultimatum, we just needed to get back home.
"Darling, it's time to go. I'm not going anywhere, force's sake."
He beamed at the pet name and reluctantly let go of me, swinging his legs over the side of the bed as I paced away, re-fastening my armor and calling my saber to my hand from the nightstand as I exited the room.
In the halls, I smelled tea in the kitchen and smiled. A tablet with a short note awaited me on the counter:
I've gone back to sleep, but I thought you boys could use something to help wake you up.
You're both still so tired, and if I had it my way I'd keep you here until you were all rested,
but I suppose the galaxy needs its heroes back.
Visit if you ever can, I enjoyed your company.
-Cerra
Smiling as I placed the tablet back on the counter, I turned my attention to the jungle outside the window and picked up a warm mug of tea. Pacing across the thick carpet to stand in front of the window, I tilted my head, closing my eyes and sighing as the warm sun filtered in and spread across my face, placing warm kisses all across my skin.
