I laughed quietly at the prank the Weasley twins had just pulled on a few first years. This laugh didn't go unnoticed.

"Well would you look at this George" Fred smiled, sauntering over to me. I adverted my gaze to the book in my lap. "We made this little Hufflepuff laugh"

"And she's a pretty one isn't she Fred?" George asked, sitting next to me and putting his arm around me. "If only she would tell use what her name is"

"Are you two talking about me?" I played dumb

"Well who else would we be talking about?" Fred sat on the other side of me

"I'm Y/N Y/L/N" I said

"Well Y/N Y/L/N, we would like to invite you to be our friend and join us in mischief and chaos"

"Do I get anything out of it or do I just get two new friends"

"You get to hang out with us and who doesn't want that" George smiled

"I suppose that's true. Alright..I'll be your friend"

"Y/N!" Fred practically sang my name as he slid into the seat next to me and played with my hair

"What do you want Fred?" I asked

"It's almost Christmas time"

"Oh really?!" I sarcastically gasped and looked at him. He was smiling at me

"George and I want to know if you want to come to the burrow for Christmas this year. It will be better than spending it here...alone"

"How do you know that I'll be alone?" I asked

"I have my ways princess...I have my ways" He smirked. "So, do you want to come?"

"I don't know... I kind of like being alone in the Hufflepuff common room. It's comforting"

"Too bad, George is currently waiting for our mums response as we sent her a letter that you will be spending the holidays with us"

Fred stood and began leaving

"But what if I don't turn up?" I called after him

"I'll see you tomorrow in charms. Bye Y/N"

"T-Thanks Charlie" I said as he took the trunk I was struggling with and effortlessly brought it in.

"Do you know where you're staying?" He asked, quickly then offering to take my trunk up to where I was going to be sleeping. Some arms wrapped around my shoulders. I looked and smiled at George who smirked back

"Y/N is with Fred and I" George said. I watched Charlie walked up the stairs and blushed.

"Oi" Fred winked at George before he looked at me. "Y/N just remember that he's our brother...no crushing on our brother"

"I-I'm not" I slapped his arm and stared between the two boys

"Yeah you are" George poked my ribs.

"No I am not! I'm not crushing on Charlie" I laughed. The two of them were starting to annoy me as usual

"Good, because there's quite a large age gap between you"

"Well I am in my sixth year so I am practically an adult so if I did have a crush on Charlie..which I do not..then it wouldn't really matter."

"Oh so you're turning smart on us now huh?"

"I would never.. I am just being myself" I said and then left them both as I went to join a conversation with Hermione and Ginny
