Rhiannon's POV:

The street is not very crowded, as the sun rises in the east. Harry, Mr. Weasley and I hurry along the sidewalk and come to a phone booth. Mr. Weasley looks around cautiously.

"Good, good. Not very many Muggles." Mr. Weasley laughed nervously, "Well come on guys, in we go." Mr. Weasley opens the phone booth and Harry and I enter followed by Mr. Weasley himself, with some difficulty. Mr. Weasley shuts the door behind him. I am smushed between Harry and the wall of the phone booth. Mr. Weasley picks up the phone and listens on the wrong end for a moment.

"I do love using the Fellytone! Now, let's see, what's the number again...." Mr. Weasley thought. He punches in six, two, four, four, two. There is a tap on the glass of the box. Mr. Weasley glances out the window to see a muggle man standing outside. The man taps his watch impatiently. Mr. Weasley holds up a finger as to say 'just one second'. The man sighs and turns around, tapping his foot. I rolled my eyes at the unpleasant man.

"Welcome to the Ministry of Magic. State your business here." a female stated as we walked into the Ministry.

"Harry Potter, Rhiannon Black, Disciplinary Hearing." Mr. Weasley stated.

"Please stand by." the lady said.

~Later(Harry's POV)~

"Usually I'd apparate, but you both are far to young, so I'd thought we'd take the scenic route." Mr. Weasley told us as we walk into a lobby full of witches and wizards who looked busy. Mr. Weasley walks through the busy lobby. A stooped, timid-looking mad pushes through the crowd towards Mr. Weasley.

"Ah, Perkins, good Morn-" Arthur started, but was cut off.

"Arthur, they have changed the time of Potter and Black's hearing." Perkins stated.

"Blast! Dumbledore thought they might and try and do that." Arthur said.

"It started at eight." Perkins added.

"Good lord, that was five minutes ago." Arthur said hurriedly, "Come on, Harry, Rhiannon." We break into a run. We jog hallway after hallway, then Mr. Weasley leads us to a large lift. There are several other witches and wizards already on it. It descends shudderingly, for a few minutes and then stops. We ride it down and come to the Department of Mysteries.

"Department of Mysteries?" Rhiannon questions.

"Yep, I've got no idea what they get up to in there. It's top secret." Mr. Weasley replied. After a few minutes we arrive at the place, that we were supposed to have the hearing at. "There you are guys, g-good luck...." Rhiannon and I nodded and entered the chamber. The whole room is dark, save a light shinning down through the ceiling down on the center of the room, were two single seats sits, covered in chains.

"Your late." Fudge snaps at us.

"Er....Sorry." I mumble.

"No matter the accused will take a seat." Fudge snapped again as Rhiannon and I sat. "Very well we are ready to start.

'Witness for the defense, Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore." Professor Dumbledore stated. Rhiannon turns in her seat. Dumbledore stands by the door of the courtroom, looking up at the Minister.

"Ah........you........er.......got our message that the time had changed, did you?" Fudge asked.

"Must have missed it." Dumbledore said cheerfully, "However, due to an unfortunate mistake, I arrived at the Ministry three hours early." Dumbledore conjures up a squashy, chintz armchair next to mine and sits down with a mild squeak. He steeples his fingers and looks up at the Minister with an expression of polite interest.
