Always Book 2 (Severus Snape Love Story)

Chapter 19: Christmas/7th year

Rhiannon's POV:

It's Christmas break and Severus and I have have decided to have the wedding on Christmas day at Grimmuald Place since that is where my dad is hiding out and cant leave.

"Rhiannon, do you need help?" I heard Hermione ask outside my bedroom door. I opened the door to see both her and Ginny.

"I need help with my hair." I pouted as I let them in. Hermione and Ginny looked at me and laughed. They both already had their hair done and dresses on. They were wearing blue bride maids dresses as I asked them to be my Brides Maids. I also asked Pansy, Lindsey, and Jasmine to be one too. I dont know if Severus has groomsmen but I am sure it might be Lucius Malfoy or someone he trusts to keep this a secret. I had invited Draco, not knowing if he would show. However I knew all of the Order, the Weasleys, and Harry, were going to be here, even Hagrid.

"How's that?" Hermione asked as she and Ginny took a step back and I looked in the mirror that was on my nightstand. I gasped as I looked at it. It was a simple braid kind of like what Pavarti and her twin sister do, but instead on just going down it wound up and around my head. They also put in a small flower.

"Beautiful." I breathed.

"Good." Ginny smiled, as I touched up my makeup. I added a little extra lip stick and eye liner and I was ready to go. I stood up from my seat and was about to walk out the door when Ginny stopped me, "What about your shoes?" I looked down at my feet and laughed as I saw no shoes on them. I walked over to my bed, put on the white heels I decided on and started to go back down stairs. As I walk down the hall I was mesmerized at the work Mrs. Weasley and Tonks put in, for the reception. There were pictures of me when I was younger and lived with Remus, and when I was born. When I reached the end of the hall and stood at the top of the stairs I noticed, my father and Remus waiting. I let Hermione and Ginny go down first and I followed. I wore a long ruffled dress off the shoulder , which had to be let out a little due to my baby bump. My father and Remus stood in awe as I reached them.

"I'm not going to cry." My father whispered to himself as I hooked my arm with theirs.

"Yes you will, before the day is over you will." I whispered back to him as they led me outside, where the service was being held. I looked around and saw Hagrid, Dumbledore, and Harry talking in one area, while Tonks, Molly and Arthur in another area. I saw Severus standing by himself at the end of the isle. Always the loner, that man. When people noticed the three of us, they all scrambled to their places. Remus, father and I all laughed as the music began to play.

"Who is handing her over?" Dumbledore asked as we reached the end of the isle. Dumbledore agreed to marry us since he was so for Severus and I's relationship to begin with.

"Both of us." Remus replied, turning to me smiling. He kissed one cheek while my father kissed the other.

"You hurt my baby, I will hurt you." my father explained, before standing with Mr. and Mrs. Weasley. I took Severus's hand and turned to face him.

"We are gathered here today to unite two people who belong together like pickles and peanut butter." Dumbledore said. Pickles and peanut butter dont go together what is this old man thinking? "Im sorry not pickles and peanuts, but icing and cake. Yeah that's it, cake and icing." I couldnt help but laugh, "I believe Rhiannon and Severus have written their own vows, so Rhiannon if you will please."

I nodded and began, "When I first entered Hogwarts when I was 12 I was scared that I would never have friends or find love for that matter. However after getting sorted into Slytherin I quickly made friends with two red headed Gryffindor's who wouldn't leave me alone. As the years went on I couldnt help but develop feelings that I couldnt explain. Feelings I knew I shouldnt have. When I was helping my father, you were harsher to me than to anyone, and some how I enjoyed fighting with you. I never want to fight with anyone other than you."
