Chapter 29: Ready or Not

Daesung's POV

Angel and I have been together for a year and 8 months. We've been living in our new house for about 3 months now. Addie is now a year and 5 months now. Her and Angel are really close.
Right now, Angel is making breakfast in the kitchen. I'm getting changed right now. After I'm done putting on a tank top and some sweats, I decide that I should go downstairs. I walk into the kitchen and I can see that Angel is at the stove. Should I surprise her? Hmm...might as well. I walk up close behind her and wrap my arms around her stomach. I can feel her tense up and I tighten my grip on her.
"Oppa, what are you doing? I'm making breakfast right now." She says to me. She sounds like she's whining. "I know, I just wanted to surprise you in a way." I tell her and I kiss her cheek. "What are you making?" I ask as I place my head on her shoulder. "Scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon." She replies. "Do you want me to make coffee for the both of us then?" I ask her while going to kiss her on the cheek again. She smiles and blushes from the kiss. "Ne, but don't give Addie food. I already fed her. I don't want her to get fat. Okay, babe?" Angel tells me as I'm walking to the coffee machine. "Ne, araso." I reply.

~~Skip to Daesung and Angel eating breakfast~~

"How long have we've been living here?" Angel asks once we're sitting down at the table with our breakfast. "3 months. Wae?" I answer. "Jinja? It feels like it's been longer than that." She says. "How?" I ask. "Molla, maybe it's because we've been going out for almost 2 years that I think that we've been living in this house for a long time." She says while stuffing her face with eggs. "Hm, I guess you're right." I reply and it's silent for a couple of minutes.
"Dae?" Angel asks, she sounds worried. "Ne, what's wrong?" I ask sounding concerned. "This is a bit embarrassing but...would you rather start having a family before or after marriage?" She asks me. I start to think about how to respond. "I'm not too sure. When would you like to start having a family?" I say to her. "I-I was just wondering because I'm not sure when I want to start having a family either. I know that it'll happen eventually but I just wanted to know when you would like to start thinking about having one." She says nervously. By the time she's done talking, we've both finished our breakfast.
"Well, since you don't know when, should we start working on starting a family now?" I ask her and she looks up at me shocked. "What do you mean?" She asks me. I get up out from my seat and walk towards Angel. I pull her chair a little so that I can carry her. Once she's in my arms, I start to carry her to our bedroom. I kick the door lightly with my foot and walk towards the bed. I put Angel down gently on the bed and climb on too of her. "This is what I meant." I tell her while leaving down to kiss her in the lips.
Angel stay stills for a while before she starts kissing me back. She opens her moth to catch her break and I take advantage of this. Our kiss is starting to get heated and eventually, we both separate to catch our breaths
"Are you ready?" I ask her. We both just look into each other's eyes before Angel nods her head.
I guess we'll be starting a family before marriage.

*Hey guys! That scene was a bit awkward to write since I've never done something like that before. 😅
Anyways, I hope you like where the story is going. Sorry if it seems like I'm rushing too.
Ugh, I have school tomorrow!!! School should just be optional if ya ask me. My math teacher agrees with me too.
Anyways, enough of my little problems.
