[* Jay POV *]
I sat down tired as hell from all of that. "YES WE ON SIS!! WE WON THE EVENT!!" The one who threw the hat at me screamed. "Yes, I know! We won! We won!" Her 'sis' said hugging her.
"There, we won. Now can you leave me alone?" The inkling who attacked me with a pen groaned. "I don't think she will..." Another inkling said.
The other teams congratulated each other as they rested on the floor. "Wow, what an intense battle. Thank you, participants, who worked hard! You'll get a signature from us, so don't feel bad!" Marie said.
The hat thrower walked up to me. "Oh, my cod! I can't believe that I'm talking to an extinct species! I can't think straight!"
"It's okay! Just inhale, and breathe." Her sister said calming her down. The other 6 walked up beside them to see me. "Hmm... You did put up a pretty good challenge. I haven't had one in weeks." The pen wielder said.
"Wow. The last human... This is so unimaginable!"
"I know right? This is the last thing I expected to see!"
Another 4 unknown inklings joined us. All of them were talking to each other on how they were so happy that they won the competition.
I stood back up. "Congratulations on winning this. You guys did up put a hell of a fight." I sighed happily. The hat thrower just fainted from hearing my voice. I quickly reacted and caught her.
"Smoooooth." Another unknown inkling said. I saw the inkling who pinned me down during the fight and honestly, I got scared once I saw her again. "Oh my!~ After all this, You still manage to stand strong!~" She said.
I went pale. "U-Uhh... Okay then." I said trying to ignore that. The inkling who fainted woke up again and found herself in my arms, which caused her to faint again.
"Do we need a medic here or something?" I asked concerned.

We had to get the paramedics at some point. But she turned out to be fine and she will be back up in a couple minutes.
So I took this time and finally introduce myself to the winners. "As the rules for this event, the winners can finally meet me, I'm Jay McCain... The... 'Last' human alive." I said standing up and putting my now folded scythe behind my back.
"... I can't believe I'm having the best day in my entire life!" The Octoling said. The winners got closer just to look at me from all the angles.
"Power, and so handsome! You're definitely becoming mine!" Said the crazy inkling.
"... C-Can I have your names?" I asked trying to ignore what she just said, again. "MY NAME IS MERI!! ITS SUCH AN HONOR TO MEET YOU!!" Said 'Meri' as she woke up.
"M-My name is S-Snow! Pleasure to meet you!"
"Name's Geo. The brainy one."
"... I'm Galax."
The 4 I have seen before but the rest were unknown to me.
