Jia and XiZe is in a relationship.

I was not surprised by this. Since I first laid eyes on XiZe on Jia's backyard, I had this gut feeling that they would eventually end up together.

I am happy for my friend. XiZe is a great guy. She makes Jia happy. He takes care of her and he always makes extra effort so as to spend quality time with her. My friend is a lucky girl.

But being in a relationship, did not hinder Jia to still hang out with ZiWei and me. But of course we get to hang out with XiZe too. It's as if we've adopted him. Our gang of three has grown a person bigger.

That's what I thought. And for a short period of time, I held on to that thought. For not a day longer I couldn't help but notice that we did not just adopted Xize into the group. He brought two additional members with him as well.

In a span of just a day, after he and Jia confirmed their relationship, our trio became a party of six all at once, with XiZe, HeDi and XiZi joining us.

To be quite honest, I am really not comfortable hanging around our new members at first, especially Wang HeDi, given the circumstances we had been in. But of course I also do not want to be a spoil sport giving everyone a hard time blending in, just because I feel awkward to be around with someone in the group. I am not that kind of a friend.

Besides, Wang HeDi in all fairness to him, had really proven himself to be sincere in his apology. Eversince that day when he walked me home.

It's as if that person that I hate with the whole of my being because of his arrogant and cocky demeanor, isn't one and the same person with this guy cooking our meal while engaging decent conversation with everyone of us who are waiting patiently to be served with a hearty meal of fried rice, steamed shrimp dumplings and stir fried vegetables.

Don't get me wrong, he is still one of the most popular, if not the most popular person in MingDe. With every girl still chasing after him, moving great lengths to get his attention. At times, I could still see him indulging himself with their attention. But with XiZe hanging around us most of the time these past few days, given how inseparable they both are, Wang HeDi had also been one of our constant companion. Most of the time bickering with his cousin ZiWei or being his stupid self joking around with XiZi while we all laugh our hearts out in amusement.

Today is one of those days when all three of the boys spend their free time with us after practice.

We are at Jia's place. We left the love birds at the backyard to spend some quality time together while the four of us hang out at the kitchen to fix dinner.

I tried to help HeDi by cutting the vegetables of his stir fry, but I ended up injuring myself in the process that made ZiWei very worried as she lashed out at her cousin for letting me handle a knife.

"You should have known better that Yueyue is terrible at the kitchen Wang HeDi..look at her fingers!"

"How would I know Wei?! It never crossed my mind that she's far worse than you when it comes to cooking. And you, Shen Yue should have told me earlier that you don't know how to use a knife, it could have save us from all these trouble." He scolded me while rinsing my injured finger on the tap, applying antiseptic and sealing it with a bandage to stop it from bleeding.

That is why the three of us are all hudled here around him as he finished cooking our meal all by himself, the way a professional chef does. He was just putting finishing garnishes to his dishes when XiZi volunteered to call the couple outside

"I'm gonna call Jia and XiZe, I'm really starving. All that running you made us do Captain, really made me hungry." He said, making his way to the backyard to call our friends. While ZiWei and I arranged the table.
