Missing in the Storm

Chapter 22

Athena's POV
4 months old

"So, who wants to explain?" Looking at two grown men looking at me like kids that got caught in the cookie jar, and the third looking extremely pleased with himself. No one is saying anything and that's astonishing, normally everyone has something to say. "Jin?" He had the decency to look a little ashamed for about ten seconds before his expression changed to annoyed. Then he looked up and pointed at Tae, "It's his fault."

Nodding my I head slowly I look to the next. "And you, Joon?" Looking at his shoes he answers, "Tae was bragging again." Looking around my living room with bags and oversized plushies. "There is no competing with me, I am the favorite." Tae shrugged and didn't look the least bit sorry. The girls could care less about all this stuff they can't even play with it yet. They love them all.

The girls are all tuckered out from the walk we took at the park. I thought it would be nice to get out for a while and take some pictures of their Twitter and Instagram accounts. I talked to Jimin and he discussed it with the company and as long as nothing related to BTS besides publicly available merch is in the shots it's fine. I have no idea what they bought but it's going to Jimin's studio, the girls' room and my office are full.

"Let me get the girls to bed and then I'll see about getting the new stuff put away." Smiling I pushed the stroller past the men that have already begun to open the packages. While putting the girls in their separate cribs I wonder if maybe I should do a giveaway. They have more than two of everything BT21 makes and their room is beginning to look like a fire hazard. With all these plushies everywhere. They are the only people I know besides Paris Hilton that don't re-wear clothes. Walking out of their room I decide that they will host a giveaway and rotate out a few of their plushies and some clothes. They still have some clothes with the tags still on that have never been worn, and they can't fit them.

Walking back into the living room there are more clothes and plushies. I don't even want to know where Tae found those two ginormous teddy bears in Gucci sweaters. I see he also got the girls matching sweaters, tutus, and matching slippers this time around. Jin managed to find two RJ plushies as tall as he is with a pink hoodie. He also got the girls some hoodies in pink with his face on them. Namjoon's gift at least included books along with the Joon sized Koyas and throw blankets.

"You know they don't need all this stuff right? But thank you they will love them I am sure." I made a mental note that none of these items would ever make on the giveaway list.

Jimin's POV

Coming home from practice with the guys to find my living room looking like a clothing bomb went off. There are small piles everywhere and even some plushies. Is she leaving me? The guys look just as concerned as I am, looking at the piles on the floor. The girls are laying on the floor on a blanket playing with some toys that are hanging from arches. Then I notice some tubs and bags in the far corner. "Umm.. Athena is something wrong?"

She looks up and smiles at me and I feel slightly better but still very nervous. It looks like all the girls' belongings are out here, some I recognize from my studio. Maybe my mom was right and I needed to make more time for her. I thought she would be OK until after the comeback, at least she said she would be fine. Standing she walks or and gives me a soft kiss on the lips. "Nothing is wrong. The girls just have so much stuff around the house I was thinking about doing a giveaway on their Twitter and Instagram accounts. So I am just seeing what they that they can't use." She points to a pile of clothes that was at least a foot or taller.

"Those clothes are all newborn sized and have never been worn. So I thought to put together a few baskets to do a giveaway and maybe include some of the extra plushies." Smiling I nod I think it is a great idea.

"Are these all the girls' plushies?" Tae asked looking around it does kind of look like a toy store in here. Shaking her head Athena responds, "No, this is all the one that they have more than two of." I felt my eyes get bigger. I had no idea they had so many. "Wow, you want us to help you with the giveaway," Kookie excitedly volunteers but we all nod. We would do anything for her.

"No, you guys have done enough in providing the stuff. Besides your manager would have a fit. I can only keep the accounts if you guys are not on or involved in the accounts."

"They will never know," before all the words left his mouth Athena was laughing. Offended Kookie went to get Hera while Suga got down and played with Rhea.

"You're the most identifiable people on earth Kookie. Rumor has that you guys can be identified by small body parts like fingers or ears." Rolling his eyes Tae responded. "Athena, that's a little dramatic. Well, uuuumm maybe just Jin and Jimin's fingers and Suga and Jungkook's hands." Then he dropped his head in defeat knowing she is right.

"Can we at least help put the baskets together?" Hobi asked while picking up some of the cute little dresses. "Why do they have so many of the same clothes?" Athena just shrugs and begins to put the piles into the tubs making room for the new stuff.

"When is the first give away?" Jin asked as he laughed at Tae when Rhea pulled his hair. "As soon as I figure out how and put the baskets together."

Athena's POV

Three days later I had the first two baskets ready to go. Jin and Namjoon made the first basket which included a white baby bathtub for the basket with a little yellow towel set, shampoo, lavender baby bath, green llama pajamas, pink ruffly romper, socks lace, Koya and RJ plushies, and soft cloth book. It was adorable and they were rightfully proud of themselves.

Hobi and Suga did the other basket. They used a cute wicker basket and filled it with a throw blanket, a pair of light washed jeans, a pink tee shirt onesie with a glitter heart, socks, little pink vans, light wash denim jacket, pink headband, and Shooky and Mang plushies. The guys went overboard on the fluffy and sparkly stuff. Sadly, this first giveaway will not be gender-neutral. Before the pictures are taken, gift cards for coffee and take out were added to each basket by Jimin and Taehyung. They didn't want them to feel left out.

I will give them credit for professionalism. Tae took his pictures in the girls' room. He set the second basket up on the ottoman in front of the rocking chair. He made Jimin hold the curtains back, so his light was right. But had to retake the pictures when he noticed his hand made it in the shot. After a few minutes of messing with Jimin about the girls having bigger hands than his, he finally got the perfect shot to post.

Jungkook took his pictures in the bathroom using the bathtub to hold the first basket. He made Jin and Hobi turn on the lights on their phones so he could get his lighting right. Jin does not like to be ordered around and made it very clear that if it wasn't for the girls Jungkook could take his lighting and shove it. Ultimately, his pictures also turned out amazing. Suga helped me find a generator that would pick the winner at random for each site.

I think the baskets turned out very well, and the guys had fun getting them together. I know they wanted to be able to do more, but I like being able to keep the girls' profiles active. I also like the girls' having a private life. We have gotten a lot of new followers, but many have been around since I was pregnant. Until the girls begin to show more features that are unique to Jimin the accounts will stay active.
