Frozen Kisses (Todoroki x Reader)

Chapter 7

"I didn't expect to see you at the mall, Todoroki!" the girl said, coming forward.

You stood, along with Shoto, standing somewhat close to him in the presence of meeting knew people. You felt awkward, especially because Shoto knew them and not you.

"I'm here with, Y/n. She's my sister's student," Shoto explained. 

"Hi. Nice to meet you," You smiled, bowing. 

"Very nice to meet you, Y/n! I'm Iida!" the taller boy came forward and bowed almost straight in half. You nervously smiled. 

"My name is Uraraka!" said the girl, waving. 

"I'm Midoriya," the other boy said, blushing. 

"Y/n goes to the school near ours," Shoto told them, looking briefly down at you. You nodded. 

"Oh yeah! I could tell my the uniform. One of my old friends goes to the school," Uraraka said, "It's super cute."

You blushed and looked down at your outfit, "Thank youu."

"If you guys don't have anything planned, wanna hangout?" Midoriya asked. 

Shoto looked at you as if asking for permission to say yes. You blushed and nodded to him, then the group of three. Shoto responded with "sure". 

Although you normally avoided meeting new people and making new friends, knowing that these were friend's of Shoto's made you feel more welcome to hanging around them. They seemed sweet too, and you wouldn't mind being friends with them. 

"Todoroki, I didn't know you had other friends," Midoriya added as you began walking to a store Uraraka suggested. Apparently she was interested in finding some outfits for Christmas, which you thought would be fun. You didn't have a plan for something to wear yourself, so it could be an opportunity to find something cute.

"My sister and her mom were friends in highschool," Shoto explained and you nodded, continuing on, "They met up just recently for the first time in a while."

"That's really cool," Midoriya said, "Do you have a quirk, Y/n?"

You shook your head, "No. If I did, I'd definitely be going to a hero school like UA."

Iida frowned, "Well there are plenty of opportunities to help out otherwise."

"I was thinking about working in a hero agency to assist heroes. If I can't help the people, I want to be of assist to the heroes saving them themselves," You said, sticking your hands in your coat pocket. 

"That's probably what I would've done too. Technically you'll be a hero for the heroes!" Uraraka laughed. 

You nodded and smiled, "Yeah, I hope I can be enough for a job like that."

Shoto looked down to you at his side making you smile and blush. You loved that he would sometimes glance at you like he wanted to see how you would react or what face you were making. You just got flustered under his gaze and played with your hair.

"Here it is!" 

Uraraka ran into a large store with beautiful winter dresses in the windows. Those looked way too expensive for your taste and you'd rather wear something more casual, but they were still pretty to look at. 

When you entered the store, the familiar aroma of Christmas filled your senses. It made you smile remembering all the Christmases before this and how happy you were every year on this month. You looked to Shoto, who was looking around the store. He fit so well with the themes of Christmas. Something about him just went so well with the smell and the sight of the winter mood. Blush filled your face.
