Your mom and you got pastries at the mall. And since you were there already, you decided to just meet up with Uraraka after while your mom took the train home.

Uraraka was waiting at the benches in the center of the mall with her arms outstretched and awaiting for you to give her a hug. You did, feeling comfort in her arms for the first time ever getting a hug from a friend. Who knew it would feel so relieving.

"I'm so glad you're okay! You look so good," Uraraka said, scanning you to make sure there were no visible cuts or bruises. Luckily, everything had healed over easily and quickly.

"Thank you!" You laughed guiltily, "I'm happy our plans didn't get cancelled because of it."

Uraraka shook her head, "I wouldn't ever allow them to! It's also better that we arranged this sooner. Any later and things would've been more sold out."

You nodded, "I'm trying to get this gift for Shoto. I was afraid it would sell out."

"That's so cute that you're getting something for him!"

"We're spending Christmas together," You blushed.

Uraraka giggled, "That's adorable. Are you sure you two are dating or anything?"

Waving your hands in front of your flustered face, you nervously laughed, "No! Of course not!"

"I'm kidding," She laughed and waved her hand, "What were you going to get him?"

You looked up to the store you had gone to before on the second story, "Shoto really liked a snow globe from there... so I think I'll get him one."

Uraraka grabbed your hand, running to the escalator, "Let's go then! Hopefully someone hasn't bought it already!"

You nodded, a little flustered at her suddenly dragging you along, but you smiled, feeling happy about the excitement she brought to your mood. Uraraka continued to clutch onto your wrist all the way to the store. She finally let go when you were finally face-to-face with the snow globe rack inside the store.

Reaching up, you plucked the same snow globe Shoto held several days ago from the shelf, "Thank God it's still here!"

Uraraka sighed, relieved, "I know! That would've been terrible if it was sold out."

She looked down to examine the slow globe in your hands, "Awh! Those cats are so cute!"

You nodded, blushing, "I know, right?" The two cats leaning against each other somewhat reminded you of the morning you woke up in the hospital with Shoto at your side, leaning against his shoulder. You couldn't describe how badly you wanted to be in that moment again. It had been only a day and you already missed him so dearly. You were so crazy about this boy.

The two of you checked out at the counter and left. With another idea on a whim. You stopped at the boba shop, buying a gift card as well. For when Shoto and you went out again to boba to relive the moments you shared there too.

"Todoroki's going to be in love with these," Uraraka said as the both of you continued on to where Uraraka wanted to shop.

"I really hope so," You sighed, peaking into the paper bag with the items and smiling.

"He definitely will be," Uraraka laughed, placing a gentle hand on your shoulder. You smiled, nodding.

Like he had texted you before, he'll like anything. But you hoped these special gifts wouldn't just be anything to him.

You and your mom tried to live the next few days trying not to dwell on the series of events that would probably haunt you both for a while. Luckily you still had each other to keep comfort, sleeping in the same bed for a while because of your mom's nightmares.
