"Dinner was really great, Noah." Judy noted as everyone got up from the table.

"Yeah, thank you." Quinn said. "I can clean up."

"I got it." Noah replied. "Why don't you two go relax inside?"

"Okay." Quinn nodded as she and her mom left the kitchen.

The two Fabray girls went back into the living room and sat down on the couches while Noah cleaned up from dinner.

"He cooks and cleans." Judy noted. "Very good."

"Yeah, he's great." Quinn said.

"He seems like it." Judy agreed.

"So does that mean you like him?" Quinn asked.

"I don't know yet." Judy replied as Noah entered the room. He sat down on the couch next to Quinn and took her hand.

"What'd I miss?" Noah wondered.

"Nothing, we were just talking about how good dinner was." Quinn answered.

"Who taught you how to cook?" Judy questioned Noah.

"Uh... I kinda taught myself." Noah answered. "Growing up, I had to take care of some things for me and my sister while my mom worked and I found I actually liked cooking so I went from there."

"Well, the food was excellent." Judy told Noah.

"Thank you." Noah replied. "I'm glad you liked it."

"So Noah." Judy began her interrogation. "Tell me more about yourself."

"What do you wanna know?" Noah wondered.

"What do you do for work?" Judy asked.

"I'm a musician." Noah answered. "I'm finishing up my album and it'll be released in the spring, so I've been back and forth from New York to L.A. so I could see Quinn."

"You live in L.A.?" Judy wondered.

"Yeah, I have a house there." Noah nodded. "But I'm in New York more often and I'm in the process of getting my stuff here so I can be here for Quinn."

Quinn looked at Noah. She took a deep breath as she turned to her mom. "Mom, we actually have some news to share with you."

Judy furrowed her eyebrow and looked at Quinn.

"You're gonna be a grandmother in June." Quinn announced nervously.

Judy looked at Quinn and then at Noah, but didn't say anything.

"Mom?" Quinn said as Noah gently squeezed her hand.

"Quinny, what's Noah's last name?" Judy asked.

"Puckerman." Noah answered.

Judy looked at Quinn.

"I knew that." Quinn promised. "Don't you think we've talked about this stuff before?"

"I'm just making sure." Judy said.

Quinn rolled her eyes as she stood up. "Instead of spending the entire day watching Noah and passing judgment, maybe try being thankful about everything that's going on."

"Quinn." Noah said softly.

"Excuse me." Quinn said as she pulled her hand away from Noah and went to her room, closing the door behind her.
