"Merry Christmas."
Quinn opened her eyes and looked at Noah, who was standing next to her bed shirtless with a Santa hat on his head and a plate of food in his hand.
"Merry Christmas." Quinn smiled.
"This is for you." Noah said, sitting down on the bed. "You like bacon and eggs, right?"
"I love bacon." Quinn nodded as she took the plate. "Thank you."
Noah nodded back, and Quinn began eating.
"Want some?" Quinn offered, holding up a strip of bacon.
"No thanks." Noah shook his head. "I don't eat bacon."
"You don't eat bacon?" Quinn asked. "How could a person not eat bacon?"
"It's not kosher." Noah shrugged.
"Oh." Quinn said. "Fine, then more for me."
"Good." Noah smiled. "Enjoy."
Quinn smiled back.
"What's the plan for today?" Noah wondered.
"Usually, I sleep in and then eat and check if it snowed and then I watch Christmas movies and listen to Christmas music all day if it's a quiet year. And if it's snowing, I go outside to watch it." Quinn explained.
Noah nodded. "When are you opening presents?"
"I opened Finn's last night. He got me a new scarf and a set of matching gloves and a hat." Quinn responded.
"What about the presents from me?" Noah wondered.
"You didn't have to get me anything either." Quinn told Noah. "You've done so much already."
"You love Christmas." Noah reminded Quinn. "And I don't know much, but I figured we could start a tradition or something."
"Yeah." Quinn nodded. "Yeah, that would be fun. We can figure that out later."
"Sure."
-
At the end of the night, Quinn and Noah curled up in bed together.
"Did you have fun today?" Noah asked, looking at Quinn.
"Yeah." Quinn said. "Thank you for cooking. The food was really good."
"I'm glad you liked it." Noah smiled.
Quinn smiled back. "Did you have fun today?"
"I did." Noah answered. "Christmas makes you light up like a little kid. It was cute."
Quinn smiled.
Noah smiled back.
The pair laid in silence for a few minutes. Quinn was falling asleep while Noah played with her hair.
"You know what?" Noah said, breaking the silence. "You should come back to L.A. with me."
"Noah." Quinn said softly as she rolled over and looked at him.
"I'm serious." Noah noted. "That way I could handle things with work, but I wouldn't miss anything and we'd have more time together. You would love L.A., I know you would."
"What about New York? My mom's here, my friends are here." Quinn said. "What about Finn? And Santana?"
"They'll come visit." Noah stated. "I have space for them. Besides, I'm sure Santana would pack up and move, too. She's so damn excited."
Quinn bit her lip.
"You could take a break and spend the next few months exploring L.A. and then after the baby's born, you'll land some movie roles and win your first Oscar before the baby's even walking." Noah said.
"What about doctors?" Quinn wondered. "My doctors are here."
"L.A. has really good doctors. I'll get you whoever you want." Noah promised.
"I don't know about this, Noah." Quinn said softly.
"Well, whatever you decide is-"
"I thought we decided we'd stay in New York?" Quinn cut Noah off.
"I wasn't sure if that was definite considering my job, but we can talk about it." Noah nodded.
"My job and my life are here." Quinn pointed out. "Which means my baby should be here."
"Our baby." Noah corrected Quinn.
"Our baby." Quinn repeated as she took a deep breath and looked at Noah. "I'll think about it, okay? I need to get some sleep."
