"What do you  want, girl?"I asked.

"Jason said to come get you,"she said with a scared look on her face.

Good, she should be scared.

"We'll be there soon."Thalia said.

I was so glad that Thalia spoke up, or else I would have killed Annabeth on the spot. We all got up, and followed her out of the woods. Jason was waiting on the edge.

"The Gods said that they would be leaving now, and the other Gods that you assigned jobs to, said that they would make extras for the Romans."

"That's good, we'll talk later,"I said.

We walked back to our cabin which was still here. Everyone went to their rooms, except Zoe, and I. I led her to my room, and sat on the bed.

"Are you sure you're okay, Perseus?"she asked.

"Actually, I'm not sure if I'm okay or not,"I confessed

"Do you want to tell me?"she asked me, sitting beside me.

"Can I?" 

"Of course, you can tell me anything,”she said, leaning her head on my shoulder.

"I never got over being betrayed, and left alone, and forgotten. I never wanted the spotlight though, it's just when everyone ignored me, I wanted the attention."

"Perseus, everyone needs attention. Nobody wants to be left behind, and forgotten, but you can't change what has already happened. If this is your fate, you have to deal with it, don't fight it, accept it, understand?"

After a second, I nodded.

"Thanks, I am seriously so lucky to have you by my side,"I told her, kissing her head.

I looked into the brown eyes, and smiled, then kissed her on the lips. She kissed back, ruffling my hair. Then she stood up.

"Goodnight, Perseus, remember what I said."

I nodded. She messed with my hair again, then left my room. I changed clothes, climbed into bed, then drifted off to sleep.
