Y/N's pov.

I was on my way to clear some hilichurl camps when a certain tall guy blocked my path, I would raise a brow looking up at him.

" aha, I should've known you would stop me, what do you want this time? "

" just like the other times Y/N, I want you. "

he said in a more serious tone, I looked up at him before looking away from him.

" look, you can't just walk up to me saying you want me. "

" Y/N no matter what you say, I won't take no as a answer. "

" kaeya i- "

he soon grabbed my hands, making me unable to move further away from him. he got closer and closer until a burny girl called out his name.

" kaeya! "

" what is it now amber? "

kaeya asked her frustratedly, he had released my hands, I couldn't stay to greet amber, I decided to take this opportunity to get away from him. I wasn't ready to make a decision yet. I need more time. I ran as quick as I could to the nearest hilichurl camp. Taking my sword out, I began to clear the camp while clearing my mind aswell.

after I had finished, I went to a tree sitting down under it. I admired the vibrant green leaves with their crimson red apples. I closed my eyes, taking a short nap. when I awoke, It was currently night time and I was on someone's bed. I immediately got up, noticing the owner of the room. I sighed softly before heading to leave.

no one's pov

while Y/N was heading out, kaeya was sitting on top of a building. watching the beautiful moon shine brightly. he admired watching the birds peacefully soar across the starry sky. oh how he wished he could let Y/N see this marvelous view. but the poor girl won't even talk to him properly.

maybe he just needed to give her more time.

just maybe.

a week has passed and kaeya was no where to be found ever since that night. Y/N and the others were worried, they were worried for kaeya, but during the time that kaeya was gone, Y/N started to ponder about her feelings for kaeya. she knew she had feelings in the first place, but she needed to confirm it herself.

she was the most worried for kaeya, she would usually spend her time trying to find his whereabouts, which would result in a massive failure. maybe she did like him but maybe she didn't? she didn't know, all she knew was that there was this urge inside her, wanting to find the male.

On one peaceful night, Y/N was walking around the town of mondstadt when she spotted a silhouette that was similar to kaeya's, she widened her eyes before following the silhouette, after a while, it had hit a dead end.

Y/N would grow even more curiouser to find out who's silhouette it was. as soon as she saw kaeya, her eyes started to water.

" why tear up my beloved? "

" i was worried for you kaeya! I spent countless nights trying to find you, and yet who knew you'd just suddenly show up like nothing happened. "

" Look Y/N I─ "

" I don't need your explanation, but I need you to hear me out. "

she said, kaeya looked at her with eager eyes, waiting for her to say the words she'd been longing to say to him for quite a long time. the gentle breeze of wind would last them as the moon shined it's brightest.

" I've fallen for you kaeya. I'm inlove with you. "

she said in a hushed tone, looking down. suddenly, she felt arms around her, she looked up seeing kaeya hugging her.

" I love you my dearest Y/N. "

" I love you too my dearest kaeya. "
