Sam sat in his and Colby's bedroom, he was utterly broken. He didn't know what to do, he just thought and thought; and cried; and cuddled under the blanket colby had given to him as a gift such a long time ago, freshman year actually. It's always been sam's comfort blanket, his favorite, ever since the moment he got it. Though the blanket has not comforted him much at all, it's made his chest feel heavier actually. He felt as if the entire fall out was his fault. The brunette leaving him, the brunette breaking his heart in half, it was all sam's fault, for one stupid mistake that he now regrets immensely. That stupid mistake he made? He didn't know what it was, but damn did he blame himself. Katrina is sitting outside his bedroom door, begging to be let in, along with Devyn and Corey, and Elton too. Though he still couldn't bring himself to move, he also couldn't bring himself to care about the pleas from his friends.
"C'mon buddy, were worried." Elton sighed, laying his head against the door in yet another plea. Sam just sat, he simply listened.
"Sam please." Corey pleaded.
"Just let us in." Devyn sniffled and sighed.
"Sammy, we know you're in there. C'mon, please." Katrina was upset and worried. Sam was silent. He didn't move, he didn't talk, the only thing he did was close his eyes to allow some unshed tears welling in the waterline of his eyes to drip down his cheeks at a rapid pace. He wrapped the blanket around him tighter as a sob racked his body silently. He was shaking violently from crying nonstop. He didn't know how to function without his partner, without his other half, without the only person he's known for as long as he can even remember, without Colby.
