Nico's eyes widened as he gaped at Percy. He couldn't believe his ears, that's not true, he just came to and his only daughter was nowhere in the current time. This had to be some sort of joke, a prank. He didn't want to believe that his daughter wasn't un the current time, he refused to believe it.
"You're lying." Nico insisted after a while. "Where is she really? I want to see her."
Percy's eyes saddened at the sight of Nico being distraught. His heart clenched and he couldn't voice out what he knew he needed to say.
"Neeks," Percy's voice was weak and filled with too much saddness, both for Nico and all his children. "I'm sorry, but I'm not lying. I didn't know that this was happening. If I knew they would've time travelled, I would have stopped them, I would've stopped Val. I'm so sorry Nico, I couldn't protect her."
Nico still refused to believe him, he didn't want to believe him. But somewhere deep in his gut, he knew Percy was telling the truth. He would never lie about such a thing, he would never lie about their daughter, never, not when he knew how much Val meant to Nico.
It took a whole minute for Nico to realize this before he finally broke down. The harsh feeling of his daughter being lost in time crushed him like a heavy rock and that also had a major impact on his still recovering body.
"How long?" he asked. "A little over two weeks. " Percy answered.
At that answer, all Nico's high built walls fell and he cries his tears out with the others trying to comfort him.
At one point he snapped and scolded Percy for not looking out for Val, for not protecting her.
After a ten minute argument, with Percy defending himself every few minutes, Nico paused catching his breath.
He once again began crying about his missing daughter. And after another heated argument with Percy, he fell asleep in said man's arms due to his weary tiredness and still weak and recovering body.

**FUTURE TIME**
Val knew that sooner or later she'd have to have a talk with the Jacksons and the present teens.
She knew that the present teens would ask how the present teens came to be if Percy and Nico were now currently together. They might not believe her parentage and ask who her mother is.
Or if they do believe her, they'd want to know how she was born, how she came to be and how she managed to look like both Percy and Nico.
How was she going to explain that? Her existence is not particularly something she enjoys talking about.
And yet, as she sat in Percy's cabin, watching the fishes swim around in the fish tank, along with the Jackson's who sat not very far from her, she knew that trying to hide and delay the conversation wouldn't work as well as it did those past two days.
Jamie and Joe were not there. Jamie was sent to re-build the broken machine, only this time, it was Val who threatened to drown him and if he somehow survived, throw him into tartarus.
Joe went along with Jamie, because even if he was mad at him and hated being the victim of his jokes, he was still Joe's first friend, and Joe didn't want an early death for his friend, no matter how hyper and annoying said friend can get.
The present teens who were at the beach, were now in the cabin as well.
Will sat on one of the one-man sofa's watching the future teens and trying so hard to ignore Leo's, who was sitting on the floor beside him, loud narrating on how to be a so-called 'love-expert'.
Piper and Jason were cuddled up on one side of the couch relaxing into each others arms after another one of their dates.
Nico and Percy were also cuddled up in each others arms and they both stared curiously and intently at Val.
Annabeth sat on the floor in front of the couch, between the two couples with a very thoughtful look on her face.
"I don't get it! I don't understand how any of this is even possible!" she whined.
"I'd like to know how you all came to be." Nico spoke sitting up from Percy.
Charles scoffed, "Isn't it obvious? Our parents had sex to have us."
Nico, Percy, and Annabeth immediately blushed deep red at Charles blunt answer, especially Percy.
"CHARLES!!" Luke and Helena exclaimed in a scolding tone.
Charles turned to the two wondering what he said wrong, "What? It's the truth." "Oh my gods!" Val groaned.
"He didn't mean for you to state the obvious!" Helena snapped. "Okay, then what did he mean?" Charles asked. "He meant.." Helena paused, feeling annoyed at how dense Charles was being. "You know what, I don't even want to explain what he meant. You're sixteen, figure it out!"she snapped.
"Who do you want to know about first?" Luke asked. Annabeth opened her mouth to reply, but Nico spoke first, "The Jackson's first."
Percy stared down at Nico in shock, he thought Nico would want to know about Val first. "If there's pain, and I got hurt with your conceivement in the future, I wanna feel that first..please..I just need to know, just to get that off my shoulders."
The future teens stared at each other having a silent agreement. Then they all nodded, "Okay, " Luke began, "we'll start with us."
