Izuku Aizawa (Dadzawa)

Chapter 1: Found and Hospital

(Four year old Izuku POV)

I heard mommy scream with tears in her eyes as the villain grabbed her. She told me to run. So I ran, and ran far away. I am crying because I was afraid. 

But I wasn't really scared at the villain, The villain may be bad but Endeavor was so angry and shot the flames at us! mommy made it in time to save me... But I couldn't save her!! I couldn't save mommy!! just the thought of it made me cry again. I found a corner with a big dumpster covered in snow, I could hide behind there. I'm sure someone will save mommy and we'll be together tomorrow... right?... I cried and cried until my cries turns to sobs. I felt my eyes fluttering threatening to fall asleep. I try to fight it, I want to wait for mommy... but before I knew it I was consumed in a dreamless slumber.

(Eraserhead 'Aizawa' POV)

It was almost nine I couldn't go back to sleep so I decided to patrol an early few minutes tonight. I said bye to Zashi after finishing my coffee and pat our cat on the head before heading out.

 I started swinging from rooftop  to rooftop with my capture weapon, it was harder than usual because things to grab on are slippery due to the cold winter, a few minutes later I saw Endeavor and the police closing up the villain incident. I came there and saw something in horror.

Inko? 

"what the hell happened here?" I asked Tsukauchi. 

"Well that villain with burns from Endeavor over there decided to take this poor woman as hostage. Before Endeavor could do anything the villain killed her..." I gave a sigh showing stress.

"Who was the woman?" I asked him.

"...Her name is Inko Midoriya." Tsukauchi said hesitantly as he knows how I cared for Inko. 

It's been five years and when I saw you again it's like this? 

I just stared a few more second as the officials took her covered body then left without a word.

Only a few blocks away from the scene I hear a child crying. I followed the sound and I found myself following a crying kid. I didn't wanna scare the child so I followed him quietly from the rooftops. He found an alley and decided to stay there. I checked on him seeing how he was crying, it turned to sobs and I decided that I was gonna talk to the kid, jump down the roof and ask him questions. But before I could I heard him yawn and he tried to hide in his slightly oversized sweater.

his eyes started to flutter then he quickly fell asleep snoring. I came down quietly trying not to wake him up. He was starting shake because of the cold. I saw he had a light burn mark on his left hand.

I picked him up carefully and wrapping some of my capture scarf on him to keep him warm at least a little. Now looking closer at the boy he noticed his hair had green with a mixture of black in them, It was messy just like mine. His features reminded me of Inko, then I suddenly came to a realization. 

Could it be?

Are you Izuku?

(Time Skip)

I let the doctor check if he was okay, I'm now at the waiting room, I just finished talking to Tsukauchi he said he's on his way here, now I'm trying to contact Hizashi. He finally answered.

"HEY SHO!!"

"Hey Zashi, I think I'll come home late." I said in a tired voice.

"Is everything alright Sho?" He asked, his excitement turned to worry.

"... yeah, things are fine. Can you tell Nezu that I'm taking a break from teaching?" 

"of course." he answered then I hang up.

Tsukauchi arrived just in time. He came with the files asked for. 

"Eraserhead. I found information about the kid and his family"

"His really is Izuku Midoriya, Inko's son. The woman from that incident. Hisashi Midoriya, his father, Fire Breathing quirk but nowhere to be found. No other relatives. He is also diagnosed quirkless because his quirk hasn't manifested yet, but records show that he may manifest it anytime before the age of six. That's all the records." he reported to me. I was sure I'm gonna take care of him. 

"I'm adopting him" I said bluntly. Tsukauchi looked at me wide eyed, I sighed. "I can't leave him in the system." The detective nodded at me and offered.. "I'll ready the papers for you. Right now you are his foster and guardian until you legally adopt him." He said to me and waved off.

After a few more minutes the doctor came to me and said to follow him to Izuku's room. "Mr. Aizawa." The doctor called, I nodded to show that I was listening.

"The light burn could easily be healed in days, just apply burn cream for the next few days until the mark is gone. It would be better if recovery girl was here but unfortunately her schedule is somewhere else. He seemed to have caught a cold, he was giving out cute sneezes earlier, and a fever due to exhaustion but we already gave him medicine so he should be fine. That's all you need to know. You can also stay here if you want" The doctor finished and walked out the door.

I called Hizashi again to ask for a my clothes and sleeping bag, I told him where I am and told him to be quiet as he gets here.

An hour later, I fell asleep but heard the door opening, I figured it was Zashi. He peeked his head from the door making sure he's in the right room. He was wearing a denim jacket beneath a white rock and roll shirt, and some pants. He had his reading glasses on and his hair was tied to a low ponytail.  I walked to him and said, "Thanks.. Watch the kid for me, don't wake him up and I'll explain everything later." 

after changing into a black sweater and jeans I hurriedly walked to Izuku's hospital room. I sat down next to Zashi on the end of the bed.

"I'm adopting the kid." He said. Hizashi's face looked shock. At first he didn't know what to say. but after a couple of seconds comprehending the idea.. he asked, "Any special reason?" 

I sighed tiredly and started talking. "Inko died today." 

(Hizashi POV)

"Inko died today." I hear Shota say. So blunt! He didn't even go to curves and obstacles. 

Beside the point, I was shocked. Inko and Shota remained good friends after their break up. They both agreed that it was for the best. Shota started getting attracted to guys and Inko was in an arranged marriage she couldn't get out of.  Few months later she got married, the next year she introduced Izuku. 

Now, I am seeing the boy here who I assumed must be Izuku. She was my friend too! so I felt sad.

I looked at Sho to reply to him but he already fell asleep. so I let him be and started to close my eyes and wait for morning.
