Izuku Aizawa (Dadzawa)

Chapter 5: Discoveries

(Aizawa POV)

After all classes were done and Izuku said his goodbyes to the Shoto kid. I walked him to Nezu's to help us better understand the situation. He was more than willing to help.

We entered his office, and even though Izuku see him everyday he's still excited to see his sensei. "Nezu-Sensei!!" Nezu shook his head. "It's uncle Nezu out of our lessons Izuku." problem child giggled and corrected himself. "Uncle Nezu!"

"Nezu, thanks for accepting us today. But it seems Izuku has develop his quirk. I don't want to jump to conclusions so I came here to you." I said.

"I saw what happened earlier, to make things simple and fast Aizawa let Izuku try his quirk on me." Nezu said confidently. Knowing what Aizawa doesn't believe and want to confirm.

"Izuku you heard him." and so Izuku tried his quirk on Nezu. He focused and focus on Nezu until his eyes shot up with red flash.. The teachers around were surprised. Of course they're here to see Izuku's quirk.

Nezu started to act like an animal. Growling at us. Izuku cancelled his quirk and Nezu composed himself back. Fixing his tie and said. "It seems like it works on mutant type too." like nothing has happened.

The teachers were asking Nezu if he's alright and he nodded sipping he's tea. While I'm still lost in disbelief, "IZUKU TRY YOUR QUIRK ON ECTOPLASM!" I shouted at problem child unintended though, he flinched. "Ectoplasm try using your quirk." He comply and he's unable to. Then there's one last thing I need to see for myself.

I carried Izuku to Recovery Girl's clinic and told her to cancel her friend to come here and we'll go to the hospital ourselves but she shook her head and told me.. "I figured you also want a DNA test so she's brought along a friend." "They're here?" I asked. She nodded in response and when I looked back I saw two doctors. "I'm Mika, a Quirk specialist. Because I lack a quirk I decided to study them." she introduced with a smile.

"I'm Gene. My quirk is DNA. It basically revolves around DNA, including the ability to tell right away whether you are related by blood or not."

I just looked at him and Recovery girl nodded at Gene. His eyes glowed green and stared at me and Izuku for a couple of seconds. He then finished, his now back to normal. ' Whether his your biological son or not you will love him and take care of him.' I told myself as I waited for gene to announce the results.

"You are his Biological father." Gene said and I was happy. I had a son with Inko. I guess I was frustrated earlier because I couldn't accept the fact that I had a son without me knowing. But somehow this DNA test helped. I smiled an unusual smile for me, tears in my eyes and hug Izuku.
"I'm sorry for shouting at you earlier."

"I guess that make things better." Recovery girl said.

"Hey little one. Let's check your quirk okay?" Doctor Mika said to Izuku as she kneeled down to his height.

She fixed the equipment and a paper.

After every test done to him, she started to explain how the quirk works.

"Mr. Aizawa. Your son's quirk is amazing. It's an evolved version of yours. According to your statement he can also erase mutant quirks. But there's more. He can erase quirks in two ways."

I looked at her confused.. "Two ways?" I asked.

"Three ways if it's practiced actually. The first way was to look at the person or anyone in sight just like yours. The second way is to control a border, anyone within it's controlled radius have their quirks erased. Right now the border can naturally expand at half a meter. He can expand it farther if it's trained, And... the potential third option is by touch, It's only possible with LOTS of quirk training and practice."

I was shocked, how could my quirk evolve into something so powerful? I have so many questions but let her continue.

"Drawbacks are drowsiness, If it's overused dry eyes are to happen, but that can be changed through endurance training."

I nodded at every information she has to offer. It has many information I need explaination of so it took a while, Izuku has fallen asleep somewhere in the middle of our conversation, probably because of the tests. He needed to use his quirk on them, it did say that drowsiness is a drawback. When we finished they talked to recovery girl for some minutes while I stayed by Izuku, taking my time looking at him knowing he IS MY SON.

"Oh one last thing.. His quirk arrived late because of his quirk itself,
It somehow blocked its manifestation while forming." Doctor Mika rembered and added before leaving with doctor Gene. I checked the time.. "Zashi's probably waiting. Recovery girl, we should probably go, can't let my husband keep waiting."

"here, take some gummies! Give it to him when he wakes up. Don't forget to tell him it's from Nanny Chiyo."
Starting with a friendly smile and ending with a demanding tone.

I left carrying Izuku at my back with the support of my capture scarf and the files about Izuku's quirk doctor Mika gave me onone hand and the gummies from recovery girl on the other.

I put Izuku in the backseat of the car and went to the passenger seat next to Zashi. He started driving.

"So.. Is Izuku alright? You seem happy." He started.

"Hmm.. I'll tell you all about it." I replied.

"Then it must be something good! Since your willing to talk about everything."

"Well we need to go to the Legal office tomorrow. Not necessarily tomorrow but I want things done fast." I said in monotone.

"what for?" he tilted his head at me. "The ROAD Zashi!" I exclaimed and he looked back at the road and gave a shy 'my bad' laugh.

I sighed. "We got a DNA test and he's my biological son." I told him.

"That's great news Sho!!!" he shouted. It gave my head a slight pain in the head but I'm too happy to say anything.

"he's quirk is the same as mine...except his is evolved. With his quirk he'll make a great hero."

(Third Person POV)

The next week while Shota teach his classes, Izuku was being taught hero basics at Nezu's office. Though their lessons this time were shorter because Nezu wanted Ectoplasm to help Izuku gain atleast some control of his quirk, and let Izuku have some afternoon sleep.

So they went to Gym Gamma commonly known as Training Kitchen Land. While Ectoplasm would make copies of himself with his original body far from Izuku, the kid have to disable the copies by trying to expand his border, or try looking at them.

Aizawa would stop by from time to time during the greenette's training.

It's finally the weekend and Izuku is gonna meet Shoto at the playground.

(Izuku POV)

I'm excited! I could tell Shoto we're gonna be pro-heroes together! And the chance of being at the top together is high now because my quirk manifested!

I saw an all too familiar half white half red hair sitting on the swings.. I ran fast and called him out. "Shoto!!"

"Hey Izu" he greeted me with a small light smile.

"Shochan! I got my quirk!! We can be top heroes together!" I say excitedly before yawning.

"That's great Izu!! What's your quirk?"

"Ohhh! Dad called it 'Erase' since I can't think of anything. It's like his!"
I exclaimed.. He tilted his head then.

"The same as his? Izuku you're adopted" Shoto reminded me.

"Well we're changing that Later!! We're going to the legal office. We'll tell them to cancel the adoption and show them proof of the DNA test!"

"by DNA test, you mean.. "
"YUP! Zawa turned out to be my dad by blood!"

He smiled a little wider than the earlier and I smiled at him and soon talked about our experience this week. I told him about my simple training. And in the end we had to part ways too. He went home and I decided to stay for a bit.
