I woke up to the feeling of being airborne but with my hands tied together on my lap. I knew this feeling and deduced that I'm being taken to somewhere that isn't in the United States. A black hood is placed over my head, obscuring my view from recognizing the kidnappers. I have no idea who my kidnappers are but for certain, the kidnappers who grabbed me are definitely linked to my current case. The question is who. I heard footsteps in the cabin as a door was opened and closed. "Is she awake?" the voice asked in Arabic.

"You want her out cold and we did it." a voice replied.

"He wants her alive, not having any knockout punches that resulted in concussions."

"What are you expecting me to do?" the same voice asked. "Safiyah has already killed Abbasid, you want to pay her to do the same job?"

"Keeping the American alive is your priority." the figure snorted. "Khalid needs her alive so that she can tell us where are the weapons."

"Relax Salman, I knocked her out with minimal force but it still packs a punch."

"Better be." he snorted. "We're making our landing soon." five minutes later the plane begin to descend and landed on the ground. Nobody took the hood off as one of them grabbed me by the arm to see that if I'm awake and I moved my arm a little. "The American's awake, good." The same man then led me out of the plane and into a waiting four-wheel drive. I sat in the middle while two more guys flanked my side to ensure that I won't escape.

"Let's go." another voice ordered. It was raining outside the minute I got off the plane, the splashing of the rain evident on the windows. "We have her as you requested." he spoke in Arabic, to another accomplice which I believed was on the phone.

"Excellent, bring her to the location we agreed upon."

"Of course." the journey became silent afterward but started to become bumpier. Judging by the bump we could be driving through the desert and without the rain. The ride lasted for a while and pulled to a halt. I was dragged out from my left and they led me into a compound like location. They then throw me into a room and ripped off the hood, leaving me to lie in the room shrouded in darkness. I knew that they took away my phone after the crash, therefore giving me a dilemma that I have no idea how to solve it. My head throbbed in pain as the wound on my forehead is still leaking blood. A woman entered the room carrying a lit torch, lighting the torches present in the room. Her eyes have terror written inside her when I faced her in the eye but the fear wasn't directing at me. A man in his early thirties entered the room, wearing a white robe and a black keffiyeh along with another woman dressed in white wearing a blue hijab. The man started to speak in Arabic and the woman listened before turning to me.

"He asked whether you need to converse in English or not?" she said in a soft voice.

"I'll live with Arabic, since people like you loved to kidnap Americans and speak phony English." I snarled in response. The interpreter seemed hesitant to tell the man but he lets out a smile.

"It's better that we converse in Arabic." he said. "Leave us." the woman nodded and stood up, scurrying away from the room as fast as she can. "I am Khalid-"

"Khalid Abdul Zahir. I know you."

"You should have known better when you stop digging deeper."

"You should've known better when you captured an FBI agent." I said. "Kidnapping is a federal offense in America."

"Smart girl." he said. "You only got here because you have something I wanted."

"Sorry, you don't have a postcard from where you come from?" I asked. "Oh wait, I don't think so. Cause people like you were too busy in murdering innocents you claimed to be attacking people of your so-called caliphate."

"Give me a reason why I shouldn't kill you for the insult."

"Because I know that I'm conversing with a radical Muslim." I said. "And the leader of a dangerous terrorist cell of the Taliban that thinks he's doing the 'right thing' in killing American soldiers that are helping the people that really need the help." Abdul Zahir leaned back and laughed.

"Tell me where are my guns." he then snarled. "And maybe I will let you walk free." I smiled a bit.

"More like getting a bullet in the back of my head." I said. Abdul Zahir retracted his expressions, snarling at me again. "When they find me, your fate will be worse than death and you're gonna beg for your life to end." As soon as Abdul Zahir left the room men entered the room and dragged me away to another empty room. Locking the door they tied me to a chair and held it down facing a pond. One of the two men not responsible in restraining me dumped a cloth over my face and without a warning, water was poured all over me while someone held me down. They kept pouring water while holding me down for a few minutes and the cloth was lifted, prompting me to cough out the waters I was forced to swallow during the waterboarding session.

"Where are my weapons?" Abdul Zahir asked with a snarl.
