Maria: As you can see, I can't help but be so happy because today is a very exciting day!
*lightly claps her hands*
Maria: EEEEEEEK! Okay so, remember when a few days ago, Grandfather showed me Shadow is his tube? Well, today was the last day for his hypersleep; that means he can come out and I can meet him!
*twirls in happiness*
Maria: Oooh, I can't wait to talk to him!
*looks down with a smile*
Maria: And I can't wait to finally have a friend to spend time with.
*looks at the camera*
Maria: Hopefully he would want to be my friend. It may seem weird for me to hang out with a hedgehog, but that's okay. Just as long as-
*door opens*
Gerald: Maria, he's here.
Maria: *gasps in joy* Yes, I'm coming!
Gerald: *nods*
Maria: *picks up the camera and runs out the door* Okay, where is he?
Gerald: *moves to the side to reveal Shadow*

Shadow: *slowly walks up to her*

Maria: My name is Maria! Maria Robotnik, I'm his granddaughter. *points to Gerald*
