The Estelle method, First you want to put on headphones and listen to a song you like. You want to imagine listening to that song with somebody from your DR maybe your dancing with them, maybe your studying with them listening to that song. When the songs over the person you were with will walk you to a door, its bright white light, you walk in, repeat affirmations while walking to the door, you should feel tingles etc. When it stops, open your eyes and you should wake up in your DR.
