*DUA for protection from dreadful diseases/Corona Virus:*
*_اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ، وَالْجُنُونِ، وَالْجُذَامِ، وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الأَسْقَامِ_*
_ALLAHUMMA INNI AUDHUBIKA MINAL BARASI, WAL JUNOONI, WAL JUZAAMI, WA MIN SAYYIL ASQAAM_
*_Oh Allah! I seek Your refuge from leprosy, insanity, mutilation, and from all serious illness._
HAZRAT ABU UBAIDAH BIN JARRAH
This great Sahaba who is amongst the Ashara Mubashara( those who were given the glad tidings of entering Jannah)was an embodiment of humility, integrity, honesty and modesty. But this was in sharp contrast to his personality on the battlefield where he displayed immense strength, valour and bravery.
The life of Abu Ubaidah saw him in the wake of an intense test of his commitment for Islam at the battle of Badr . it was almost incomprehensible as to how this could ever be achieved if not for the utter love for Allah SWT and Muhammad SAW. Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah was face to face with his own father who was making every possible attempt to attack the Prophet ﷺ which shocked him no end. Nevertheless, he kept his faith strong and annihilated his father without any remorse or regret only for the sake of the Prophet ﷺ.
When Abu Ubaidah was in Jabyia he became severely ill due to plague and was almost on his deathbed, he advised his army the following...
“Let me give you some advice, which will cause you to be on the path of goodness always. “Establish Prayer, fast in the month of Ramadan, give charity, perform the Hajj and Umrah, remain united and support one another, be sincere to your commanders and do not conceal anything from them. Don’t let the world destroy you for, even if man were to live a thousand years, he would still end up with this state that you see me in. Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah.”

*Splitting of the moon*
_Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik رضي الله عنه reported:_
*The people of Makkah asked the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم for a sign, so He showed them the splitting of the moon into two pieces, until mount Hira’ could be seen between them.*

اللهم لك الحمد حمدا كثيرا طيبا مباركا فيه و مباركا عليه و الصلاة والسلام على سيدنا وحبيبنا و نبينا محمد وعلى آله واصحابه و علينا معهم اجمعين كما تحب وترضى بعدد ما تحب وترضى يا كريم.
اِنَّ رَبِّيْ لَسَمِيْعُ الدُّعَٓاءِ.
رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِيْٓ مُقِيْمَ الصَّلٰوةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِيْ رَبَّنَا وَ تَقَبَّلْ دُعَٓاءِ
رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِيْ وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ يَوْمَ يَقُوْمُ الْحِسَابَ.
Indeed my Rab is the Listener of all supplications.
O my Rab, make me from amongst those who establish their Salaah and from my progeny (off spring/children),
O our Rab and accept our Dua.
O our Rab, forgive me and my parents and all the believers on the day of Reckoning.
Yaa Arhamar Rahimeen, O Allaah, our Beloved Creator and Master forgive us, our parents, spouses, brothers, sisters and the entire Ummah of Beloved Nabee-e-Kareem
صلى الله عليه وسلم
Yaa Rahmaan, Yaa Raheem, help us guide us, protect our lives, Imaan, property, honour, respect, A'amaal, and possessions.
Make us amongst Your virtuous, pious, righteous, grateful and obedient servants.
Yaa Arhamar Rahimeen, bless us with beneficial rains and fill our rivers and dams with water and revive our dead lands through Your Infinite grace and mercy.
O Allaah, whomsoever desires good and virtue for Islam and Muslims, grant them all good and virtue and make us amongst them, and whomsoever desires harm and evil for Islam and Muslims and in YOUR Infinite knowledge there is no Hidaayat for them, than destroy them as YOU have destroyed Aad and Thamoud and do not make us amongst them nor associates of them.
