Luna
Gus's birthday was tomorrow which means we're in New York tonight and Liza and everyone are coming to his show
I could tell he was nervous because he has been drinking alot today, it's better than him taking tons of xanax that i know he'd do
Me and him were in the back chilling and smoking, whilst everyone was shopping for gus's birthday he doesn't know he thinks they've just gone to get food
I didn't go because i already got him something when we were at home, i got him a chain with diamond pendants on i know he would like it because i saw him looking at it when we went shopping
Gus's phone started ringing breaking both of our attentions away from the television in front of us
"Hello"
A ladys voice came through the speakers and i immediately recognised the voice
"Hi mama" "what are you here?" "Okay we'll come out to you now" he said before ending the call and putting the phone down on the table
"They're outside" he smiled nervously looking around the room cleaning any last bit mess up and chucking it in the small bin in the corner of the room
He took ahold of my hand and led me outside, the first time we've been out in the light for a couple of days, i realised that means we only have a couple of hours til the show
"Peepers" liza said running to gus with open arms with emma and oskar following behind her
Everyone said their hellos and we all went into the bus
"So is there where your living peepers" liza said as she looked around the bus as we led them to the back where we stayed
"Yeah i mean we have a hotel in each city but i'd rather just stay on the bus" gus explained
I never knew this
"And what about you luna do you like it on here?" Liza said to me as we sat down on the couch
"Well i mean i'll just stay with gus i guess" i smiled making her nod
"Peepers you know you need time alone, you can't spend all your time on this bus it's not good for you" she said resulting in gus groaning and throwing his head back
"Fine as it's my birthday tomorrow me and luna will stay in a hotel tonight" he said putting his arm around the back of the couch where i was sitting
"What games do you have?" Oskar said grabbing the xbox controller turning it on
Gus stood up and sat next to oskar showing him the games they had
"How is he?" Emma said turning to me as soon as gus sat down on the other side
"Well" i took a deep breath before continuing "He's doing okay, we had some problems a couple of days ago but he's okay now i think i spoke some sense into him" i smiled telling the half truth
"That's good, i'm happy he found you luna you're good for him" liza smiled making me nod
"Layla was a lovely girl, but when she would try and get him off the drugs he would just continue because he would see her doing them so it was hard for him" liza explained making me nod yet again
"Yeah we're working on it" i smiled watching gus as he smiled and laughed with oskar, he looked so happy here.
He wants to be here not anyway else.
