We were back on the bus as it was the morning and we were waiting for liza and everyone to come back from their hotel so we could go for breakfast.
Everyone came in and wished gus another happy birthday as it was his official birthday today which made me happy.
I was sat next to gus with my legs over his legs with his arms resting on them as he played the game infront of him on the xbox.
Not everyone was awake just yet even though it was eleven in the morning, i mean usually no one would be awake so i don't know why i would think any different
Gus's phone started ringing making him pause the game and answer it
"Hi mama" his voice said in a happy tone would you say?
"Oh" his mood changed "yeah that's okay i'll just see you guys after tour then" he said trying to smile but he couldn't
He said goodbye and put the phone down before turning to look at me
"Can she not come?" I asked already guessing the answer
He shook his head and sighed
"No she had to go back for work and oskar had an assignment due for college or something, and emma had an family emergency" he sighed
"Well maybe they can come out at a later date of the tour maybe closer to new york" i smiled making him lift his head up and shrug his shoulders
"Do you still wanna go out of breakfast" i asked him running my hands through his hair
He shrugged his shoulders leaning forwards grabbing a blunt of the table in front of us and lighting it up. I watched him smoke it before realising I hadn't given him his present yet
I got up and went to my bag digging through it to find the small box at the bottom, i grabbed it and sat back down next to gus
"What's this?" I handed him the box making him hold the blunt between his lips
He opened the box revealing the diamond pendent chain that i had gotten him
"No you didn't" he smiled looking at me
"I did" i smiled back at him
"I can't" he said handing me the box back with the chain in making my smile drop
"No gus" i said pushing the box back towards him
"I can't" he repeated
"Gustav ahr you're having this chain" i said taking it out of the box and clipping it round his neck
"See it looks good on you" i smiled watching him in the mirror observe himself and his new accessory
"Let's go shopping"
"Sure okay" i got up off the couch and pulled gus up with me, he pulled me into a hug and kissed me all over my face before letting me go and get ready
I got changed into some random clothes that i found in my bag that i'd brought with me.
I loved gus's outfit today he was wearing pink trousers, with a white t-shirt saying 'vote for peep' in pink letters and a pink cameo beanie
