𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 6

It was midnight in the Butterfly Estate and Tomioka is with Shinobu on top of the roof.

"Tomioka-san after the war is over, what would you want to do?"
She asked.

"Um.. I'd want you to be my wife."
He answered.

"Ara? Are you proposing to me Tomioka-san?"
She teased him.

"No i'm serious."
He said with an emotionless face.

"Then... I'd love to be your wife!"
She answered.

"Do you promise?"

"I promise, Tomioka-san"

She said while hugging him causing the pair to fall from the roof.

After she recovered from the fall, she realized she was sitting on top of Tomioka and that the man in question was reddening by the second.

"Uh... Shinobu? We've been in this position for a couple of seconds, Do you mind getting off?"
He said.

Shinobu instead leaned closer and pinned both of his hands against the ground.

"Just enjoy this Tomioka-san. Take it as a service from me to you."

Shinobu leaned and head butted Tomioka, She quickly got off and began laughing.

"You really thought! You should've seen the look in your face!" She said while laughing.

"Haha.. I guess you got me"
He laughed nervously.
"Why does she like to tease me?"

"Did i take it too fa-"

Tomioka pushed her and pinned her hands against the ground.

"Taking revenge are we?"
She said.

"Why do you like to tease me so much?"

"Because your face is cute when i do."

"It's not that i don't like it, It's just that it's a little bit-"

She interrupted him with a peck on the lips.
"A little bit too much?"
She said while giggling

He got off her and they both went to their rooms and went to sleep.

Tomioka and Shinobu was given a mission.

They woke up early and went to their destination.

While they were on their way Tomioka carried Shinobu and didn't say anything.

"Put me down! Tomioka-san!"
She said while punching his back.

"I'm carrying you cause i don't want you to get tired."

"Aw, What did i do to deserve you.."
She said while hugging him

They stopped at a nearby stream and rested.
Tomioka went closer to the stream and drank some water.

They both sat down on a giant rock and rested for a while.

After a few minutes, They got up and continued their mission.

They finally arrived at the town where there are rumors that people went missing every night.

"Tomioka-san, Let's split up so we can find the demon faster. Send me a signal from your crow so i know you found him."

Tomioka nodded and went his way.

He ran through the roofs of the houses silently and tried to find the demon.

Shinobu also went to find it.

A few minutes have passed and they still didn't find the cause of why the people disappear.

Then Tomioka realized something.
There were no sign of the town people anywhere.

He checked to see if the houses had people inside.
He opened the door only to see a bloodbath.
Everyone in the village was slaughtered.

They were too late.
Tomioka called his crow and told it to send a signal to Shinobu.

A few minutes have passed and Shinobu went to Tomioka.

"Tomioka-san?"
