It took us a while to find them. We found them at a tennis court. Oishi yelled out, but Kunimitsu put his arm out to stop him. He had the stoic face on. I looked at the tennis court. I saw Echizen and Hannah playing a match. I guess that Kunimitsu wanted to see how Echizen played against a former pro. On the other hand, Echizen can help Hannah somehow. Inui and Momoshiro notice us. Eiji wanted to know what was going on. Why was Echizen with a match with a woman.
I can see that Echizen plays very well. We continued to watch until Hannah notice us on the other side of the fence. She waved at us. Now they know who our trainer was. Inui and Momoshiro proceed to talk that made Kunimitsu to turn his face toward them. He wanted to know what they were talking about. There expression made me giggle a bit. After a while, Inui figured out who the woman was. He asked Kunimitsu for confirmation. Kunimistu confirmed. Inui proceeded to tell us about her. I have to admit, Kunimitsu was right when it came to Inui and his data. Now the team wanted to know why she became our trainer. Inui wanted Kunimitsu to tell the rest of the story. He proceeded telling the story. I knew the story as well. It was pretty sad though.
Then I heard the words that came out of Echizen's mouth. "Never Give Up," he said. I saw Hannah lifted her head a bit with wide eyes. She knew the meaning behind the words. Kunimitsu and I knew as well. It was on one of her photos that Kunimitsu's doctor showed to us. The match got intense as it went on. In the end, Echizen won. Kunimitsu went up to Hannah and gave her sweatbands. {They must be from her pro days.} She thanked him and decided to go try for pro again. I smiled. Everyone was happy.
On the next day, it was time for the team to go home. they all loaded on the bus. They all hope for Kunimitsu's complete recovery. Teacher Ryuzaki wanted them to hurry up. I had to giggle at that. She was a strong woman for her age. She thanked Kunimitsu's doctor for caring for them. She turned to Kunimitsu and told him to let her know if anything happen. He understood. Then she turned to me. "Please take care of him," she said. "I will," I said. She bowed and entered the bus. They left.
Kunimitsu and I turned to each other. "That was interesting," I said. Kunimitsu nodded. We walked into the facility holding hands.
