Chapter 4

After finishing the lunch we decided to skip the tea idea of James and go back to warehouse.

This time I drive and finish the 20 minutes drive in 7 minutes and Nelson looks hell shocked while Nico and James enjoy the ride

After reaching the warehouse we discuss the information with Liam.

"He is going to attack a bank day after tomorrow we don't know why because he gets enough money with that drug business of his." Liam tells us

"That doesn't matter. To him money is power and we can't let him get anymore power we need to stop him at all costs" I say with confidence and urgency in my voice slamming my hand on the glass of my table.

"There is also another thing we heard!" Said Liam.
"What is it?" I ask him curiously.
"ummm...its..that...ummm.......Lestrange..." Liam stutters.
"Liam calm down and tell us what is wrong" James said in a calm voice.
"Its just that Lestrange has kidnapped 2 girls for a night and their parents were broken and the police department they talked to was bought by Lestrange and this is making those people hopeless!" Liam said in one breath.
"Fuck, we have to save those girls and stop this. This is rape and we can't let this happen at any cost. Oh...Those girls....Ash we have to do something...!"Said Nelson.

Suddenly I was plunged in the darkness and sadness I have fought and kept distance with. I felt so helpless....so broken.....so shattered....I couldn't breathe anymore.....I need help.....I kept on yelling and yelling but no one appeared to save me.....where are those bloody God damn prince charmings that appear suddenly to save someone trapped in stone walls....why are they not coming to save me from the stone walls of my past......suddenly I felt the air leave my lungs....as if I was being chocked.....

"Ash...Ash are you okay Ash.."I heard the worried voices of James, Nelson and Nico.
"I am fine it okay guys I am fine calm down."I assured them.

I was trying to calm them but inside I knew that I had remembered my past and that memory that had strangled me for years. I fought those memories again and pushed them away and straightened and looked at my friends with a confident look on my face.

"You are right Nel. We have to rescue those girls and that is more important than saving the bank. We have protected people for a long time and spread hope. We fight fucking shits like Lestrange that rape girls. So day after tomorrow Lestrange will attack the bank at night. And take the gold to the place where he has hidden the girls. Lestrange will not take be directly involved but it will be his men that do it so we have to stop this..by nook or by crook." I said with blazing confidence.

James, Nel and Nico accepted the challenge happily and Liam said that he would prepare the gang members.

Due to that sudden flask back my mood was darkened and my dudes noticed this and shared looks with each other.

"Ash we know that you aren't totally okay. And we also respect the privacy but it is just that we want you to be okay so just know that we are always by your side to help you even of it requires walking on fire or freezing hell we are with you." James assured me while Nel and Nico nodded. I felt so lucky to have them as my friends and my heart warmed at the sight at them. I wrapped them in a bear hug and they responded with even more enthusiasm crushing me and my ribs.

After that I told them that I was leaving to check on my company and do some work there while Nico went and picked up his laptop( his laptop is Nicos everything) and James and Nel said that they would accompany me.

I gathered my phone and purse and placed them in my bag and grabbed the keys to my car. James and Nel grabbed their jackets and saluted Nico a goodbye while I hugged Nico and told him to not to work too much.

Passing the corridor, we said goodbye to all other gang members. I reversed my car from the garage and James and Nel sat on the backseat. I turned on the music player and raised the volume. Then I chose Bebe Rexha's 'I'm a mess'.

while driving I was still distracted thinking about Lestrange and mainly about my dark flashback. As much as I hate to admit my past is not something to think about. It is a restricted area for me and I don't think about it but the word 'rape' just made it so prominent again and I was so angry. I swore to save those girls and become hope for such victims even if it meant risking my life I would help them by nook or by crook as I said before.

"Girl." said James bringing me out of my thoughts back to reality.
"What?" I asked
"Agreed I love fast driving but at the pace you are driving all I see is death and believe me dying in an accident is not what I have planned as the way I would like to die. And at the pace you are driving if you don't slow down we are going to end up miles away from the destination we are supposed to reach." James complained in a terrified voice.

I look back and see Nel scared and even James sacred.

"And I don't wanna die a virgin so plz calm down and slow down!" exclaimed Nel.

I laughed at this and slowed down as I saw the tall building of company come near.

I stopped the car grabbed my bag and locked my car as James and Nel came out still dizzy from the ride giving me angry glares.
I walked up to them and placed my arms on their shoulders as we walked towards the entrance of "Black Enterprises".

We walked on the gravel pathway climbing the black stone steps and entered the building.
