Savage Love | Angst

Dr. Phil quickly walks through the crowded and noisy street. "Sorry, excuse me" he says as he slightly pushes others out of the way to make it to the end of the street. As he makes his way to the end of street and out of the kingdom gate. Running fast as he could to the swamp. Dr. Phil had to see Shrek, especially with the rumors going around. He could not let Shrek disrespect him, not after everything Dr. Phil went through.

Once he arrived at the swamp, he walks down the same path as he knew from the back of his hand. He remembered the times when Shrek was so kind and caring to him. Dr. Phil arrived at the small, green, but cozy home. He knocks harshly and impatiently stands outside.

The large green ogre opens the door with a wide & beautiful smile on his face, "Hello Phil!"

"Do not hello Phil me. You know why I am here. Have you heard of the rumors? Did you really cheat on me with Jason Derulo?" Dr Phil's eyes began to tear up. The idea of Shrek doing the deed with Jason broke his heart, especially since he was not a part of it.

"W-what?" Shrek shakes his head, placing his hand on his chin. Thinking. "How did-" He pauses to restate his sentence. "What do you mean deed?"

Tears slip out of Dr. Phil's eyes. The fresher tears falling faster than the previous tear. "Really?! How did I know?! Jason Derulo, the son of the king. News goes around quickly, Shrek. I thought you would know this?" Dr. Phil pauses and breathes in. He tried to remind himself that he deserved better than Shrek. He opens to speak again, but this time he softly spoke. "You are a ... savage."

Shrek shakes his head, angry that Dr. Phil said that. Shrek grabbed his own bald head and rubs it softly. Taking a large deep breath in & breathing out, the hot breath hitting Dr. Phil. The breath... that Dr. Phil dearly missed.

"Well, I guess this is savage love!" Shrek says with great confidence. Shrek slams the door on Dr.Phil's face. Behind the tree, Jason Derulo peaks out. Slowly, Jason and his dance crew comes out in front of Shrek's home and starts to sing Savage Love.
