Morning | June 2013
Tsukishima walked on the streets as he held his bag. It was early in the morning and few Karasuno students are walking because of the time. As he reached the gate, someone grabbed his arm.
"Kei! " the girl said and smiled at him. His furrowed eyebrows immediately moved up and asked, "What? "
"Let's go? " she pulled his arm a little and walk on her own. Tsukishima followed her with his eyes and walked behind her without a question- at least, not physically.
'What is it now? ' his mind wandered.
"(Y/n)," Tsukishima called, the girl looked back at him. "Let's walk as we talk," she said and smiled.
Tsukishima walked beside her and slowed down to match her pace. Early-bird students pass by as they all go into their classrooms.
"How are you? " Tsukishima asked,
"I'm good, how about you? " (Y/n) asked, he replied the same answer as her and continue walking.
"Uh, I wanted to apologize for what happened the other night. " (Y/n) said as she looked at him walk.
"Oh, that.. " he paused, "It's alright, there's nothing to apologize for. "
"Hm... " (Y/n) hummed,
Tsukishima looked at her and asked, "...Did your parents say anything? "
"Oh, that's... " (Y/n) paused for a moment, "They did scold me but everything's happened already so they only said to be careful. "
"Why? " Tsukishima asked, "I heard you headed to the hospital. Are you... "
"No, no, that's for my father's work and I only go with him. " (Y/n) replied immediately while shaking her head.
"But why–" Tsukishima stopped asking and changed what he was going to say to, "– Hm, your parents are probably just worried about you. But they did allow you in the end, right? "
"Yeah..."
They both walked upstairs until (Y/n) reach her floor, "Oh, we're here? " she confirmed the floor they were at, "Bye! See you after practice! "
Tsukishima just stands there on the stairs as (Y/n) walks away. Only after that did he notice a few people looking his way.
'What are they looking at? ' he irritatedly thought and continue walking upstairs to their room.

Night, same day| June 2013
"Tsukishima! "
Hinata shouted as the ball that he was practicing with fly towards the tall blonde. Tsukishima looked over his shoulders and dodge the ball.
He glared at the orange head then turn around. "Sorry about that! " Hinata shouted and run towards where the ball is, near Tsukishima.
