Karen (Idina's aunt) came to the hospital as soon as she received the call. She talked with the doctor then went to Idina's room. Few minutes later Idina wakes up.
"Hi baby. How are feeling?" holding Idina's hand.
"Aunt K my head is aching. Where's dad and mom? Did you went to them? How are they? Are they fine?"
Tears slowly fell on K's cheeks. "Baby promise me you'll stay calm."
"Did something awful happened to them?"
K can't somehow speak. Words seem difficult to get out of her mouth.
"What happened to them? Aunt K! Tell me. Please." Idina cried harder.
"Dee your mom's gone." tears even flow harder for both.
"How about dad?"
"He's in a comma."
"No no no no no!" Idina try to move but she can't feel her legs. "Aunt K what's wrong with my legs? Why can't I move?"
"Dee stay calm. They're just hurt."
Idina cried harder "Will I be able to walk?"
"Yes Dee. You'll be able to walk. You just need therapy. Don't worry baby. I'm here. Aunt K will be here."
"Will dad wake up?"
"Yes he will."
