After I passed out yesterday, I woke up to my mom looking over me. She was worried. I just told her I how it was the headache, and I didn't eat enough food.

Now I'm on house arrest by Judge Mom and have been order to get some rest. I think she blames the magic for making me pass out.

Momma and Yas left an hour ago to go do some stuff.

I'm kind of hungry, so I got up and walked in the kitchen, but was surprised when I saw Chris sitting on the couch.

Not gonna lie, he was looking pretty decent today

Not gonna lie, he was looking pretty decent today.

"Why are you here?" I asked looking in the refrigerator for some food.

"My dad told I have to come play nurse because you didn't feel well," he said looking back at me.

"Oh," I said as I grabbed the leftover pasta from yesterday.

I fixed me a plate and sat down on the couch.

"You just gon watch me eat my food?" I asked Chris after noticing that be was staring at me.

"Boi wasn't nobody watching you," he said looking back at the tv.

He didn't stop glancing at me every now and again.

"So where is your dad?" Chris finally spoke, "if you're okay with me asking."

"No you're fine. My dad and I was in a car accident a little after Yas was born, and he die before the ambulance got there."

"Oh," he said quietly.

"Yeah after that it was hard for us until my mom started working for your dad," I said. Chris nodded his head.

Chris

It was about 9 in the morning. When my dad called, telling me I had to go play nurse to her. I don't understand why couldn't they just compel a real nurse to do it. I grumpily got out of bed and put some clothes on.

If it was one thing they gonna ask me to do, it was to watch a grown woman. We barely know them, and we already ready to bend our backs for them.

This headache was not helping at all.

I wasn't hungry for anything, so I just headed out the door.

I got to their door as it was being opened.

"Oh Chris what are you doing here?" Ms. Green asked me.

"My dad said I should come over so Vadah wouldn't be here alone while she is sick," I politely said to Ms. Green giving her a smile.
