Louis's POV:
To be honest, so far, London private school was boring. I knew nobody, as I had just moved into town, and I had nothing to do except to follow Lexi around school all day.
Not that I'm complaining. Lexi seemed nice and I have no problem with her.
I have to ask Lexi where I can go buy a skateboard...I've been needing one the second my parents decided to not bring my old skateboard to my new house in London.
Skateboarding relieves my stress. It makes me comfortable. I just wish somebody would be interested in skateboarding with me.
"Time's up!" The Science teacher declares, and I look over at Lexi.
She didn't seem as stressed as I thought. She looks happy, relaxed, even.
"Hey Lexi, how do you think you did?" I poked Lexi, for her to look my way, smiling.
"I think I did well!" She squealed in happiness.
Lexi's smile caused me to smile as well. "That's great! I told you that you'd do good!"
As the Science teacher started collecting the tests, Lexi started chatting with Tiffany about going to a mall this weekend.
I tapped Lexi on the shoulder to get her attention.
"Hmm?" Lexi turned around, her brown eyes looking into mine.
"Uh- I was wondering, could I come along with you and your friends to the mall this weekend? I haven't had a chance yet to go to the malls and I need to buy a-" I started, but Lexi nodded.
"Sure! We were just about to ask you! I'll text you when the time is and everything, but I need your number or insta for that." Lexi handed her phone to me, and I typed in my phone number.
"Cool! I'll text you either today or tomorrow when we're going...or I might just knock on your door since you're next door anyways."
I nodded. "Sure, I'll see you guys tomorrow then!" I started heading towards my room, but I couldn't ignore all the stares I was getting on my way there, so I ran all the way to my room.
Once I got to my room, I opened the door and plopped down on the bed.
I stared at the unpacked suitcases lying on the ground.
Might as well unpack it with the time I have..
After a bit of unpacking, I decided to get a break and head outside.
I headed towards the school cafeteria, one of the places Lexi showed me.
I grabbed a Coke and a slice of bread and headed back towards my room. I turned the knob, and surprisingly it just opened.
I thought I locked my room....
I went inside and I realized it was in fact not my room, but Lexi's.
I turned around to get out of there when I faced Lexi who was planning to get inside her room.
"Oh hi Lexi, I was just finding my room and I ended up in your room-" I started, but Lexi cut me off.
"And realized it was the wrong one? It's fine, it happens. Now get outta here, I gotta study." Lexi sarcastically said.
I apologized once again, and unlocked my room and headed inside. I closed the door and plopped down on my bed, getting out my phone. I went onto Instagram and saw that my notifications were blowing up.
How did these people all find out about my insta? I didn't even tell anybody my username...
I looked at my dms and I noticed that there were more than 50 people requesting to dm me.
I groaned, not wanting to ignore them but also not wanting to answer all the dms.
I popped open my Coke and drank a bit. After scrolling through other people's insta stories, I got back to unpacking.
I finished unpacking, organized my clothes and other items into their proper place.
When I was just about to start opening and previewing my textbooks, I got a text from Lexi.
"Tmrw at 1pm! Meet u at cafe?" The text said.
I smiled, replying back to her. "See you then :))"
Since Lexi didn't have from fourth period today, we both were in our dorms, relaxing.
Eventually, the bell for lunch rang and I opened my door and headed outside to the cafe at the same time as Lexi.
She was on her phone, texting somebody I guessed.
"Hey Lexi!" I tapped her shoulder.
Shocked, Lexi whipped her head up and glanced at me.
"Oh hey, Louis."
"I was just uh wondering, do you know if the mall we're going to tomorrow has a skateboard shop?" I hesitantly asked.
"A skateboard shop? Gee, I don't know, I don't really pay much attention to any shops except the sushi and clothes shops. We'll find out when we get there tomorrow, though! Don't lose hope quite yet!" Lexi replied.
I nodded, seeing us get near the cafeteria.
"Hey do you wanna sit with us at the cafeteria? If you want to-" Lexi started, as another girl interrupted.
"Hey new boy! Wanna sit with us? I promise you'll love it! You just got here so I expect you don't have many friends, right? Well, I'm Ella, and you?" This girl named Ella started talking to me, dragging me away from Lexi. I was slightly uncomfortable but I didn't want to seem rude so I just smiled and replied.
"Yeah, I guess I'll sit with you guys. I'm Louis, nice to meet you, Ella."
Ella and her friends, who's names I soon learned, turned out to be okay. They were funny and nice so I stuck with them throughout all of lunch.
After lunch I got up from Ella and her friends' table and headed towards Lexi. Ella stopped me.
"Wait, why are you going to her? We could take you to class, you know." Ella said, looking at me.
I glanced at Lexi who was looking at me with a look that said, what are you doing? Come on!
I explained to Ella how Lexi was my tour and I had to follow Lexi to her classes.
"Oh...." Ella looked disappointed.
"Hey! If any of me or my friends have the same class as Lexi then you'll still have your friends, right?" Ella smiled, as if she came up with the most brilliant idea of all man-kind.
I nodded. "I guess."
Ella grinned. "Then go to her and ask what classes she has so we can see if we have the same classes, silly!"
I walked over to Lexi and started to ask her what classes she has next.
"Hey Lexi I was wondering, 'cause Ella and her friends want to see if they have same classes with us, so what-"
Lexi looked at me with a emotionless expression. "Look Louis, Ella and her friends are toxic. We have English next with Mr. Winston, but if they're coming with you, I'll just go to class separately. Ask them where English with Mr. W is, I'm sure they'll answer for you."
Louis frowned. "Wait-" But Lexi had already left.
Ella walked up behind, patting Louis on the back. "It's okay, Louis, some people like Lexi are toxic."
I turned away from Ella and started going after Lexi.
