Louis's POV:

I woke up to my phone buzzing with notifications.

"What is it now?" I groaned, rubbing my eyes.

I grabbed my phone and turned it on to find that Tiffany was texting me like crazy.

I looked at the clock and it said 6am.

God, it was too early for this. I thought.

I texted back to Tiffany, It's early, imma sleep for a bit more.

Oh, She responded. Well you should eat with me for breakfast!

Uh sure, I responded, then laid down and went to sleep for 30 more minutes.

30 minutes later, I woke up, got dressed, took a shower, grabbed my backpack, then headed to the cafeteria to get breakfast.

I waited in line for a croissant sandwich, then when I received it, I turned to go sit down, as Tiffany approached me.

"Hey!" She exclaimed, smiling.

"Oh, hey." I responded.

"So....are you gonna sit with us?" Tiffany asked.

"What do you mean us..?" I started, as Ella walked towards Tiffany and I.

"Hey! You got your breakfast! Great! Now let's go sit down and eat." Ella smiled, walking towards her table, with Tiffany and I following.

I cleared my throat.

Tiffany glanced towards me.

"Um, do you know how Lexi is doing? I haven't seen her since yesterday." I asked.

"I don't know, I haven't seen her since yesterday too. But let's not worry about her right now, 'k?" Tiffany sat down beside Ella and gestured for me to sit down next to her.

Reluctantly, I sat down beside Tiffany and started eating my croissant sandwich.

From the corner of my eye, I saw Lexi enter the cafeteria.

I started to raise my hand to wave to her, but she avoided my gaze.

Ella looked over to me. "Aren't you hungry?"

"I am." I replied.

"But you barely touched your croissant! You don't like it?" She frowned.

"No, the food here is great! I'm just not that hungry right now, that's all." I chuckled nervously.

"You should eat, it's healthier if you do." Tiffany pouted.

I nodded and ate my croissant so Ella and Tiffany would stop worrying about me.

When breakfast was over, I headed towards my next class with Tiffany leaning onto my shoulder.

My shoulder was starting to ache, to be honest.

"Tiffany we're here." I told her, as she nodded.

I headed towards my original spot, but Tiffany pulled on my sweater.

I turned around and looked at Tiffany with a questioning glance.

"Sit here." She insisted, so I agreed and sat down to her left.

Lexi came to class a few minutes later. sitting on the right to Tiffany.

I watched her as she glanced over to the spot I used to always sit in. She frowned, then looked around and saw me.

I think she was a bit relieved to see that I didn't get lost along the way here, but I couldn't tell for sure.
