It yet again had felt like time had stopped, why and who was this person proposing to you.
Of all people, why you?
You were just a messed up girl trying to get here and there,
Your hands trembled. You were honestly scared of who it might be,
no names of people or even the people you named were at the wedding, so why did they come to mind?

You honestly had no idea. — You slowly spun your feet around along with your body, your hands shook in fear, you clenched your eyes shut taking in a deep breath before stopping once you had finally turned around. Your heartbeat was practically able to be heard through your chest.
You let out a deep breath opening your eyes,
“Oh my god—”
You tripped backwards in shock with tears filling your eyes,
you slapped a hand over your mouth.

There in front of you was your best friend, — Patricia. You felt happy, but you were also confused. She had feelings for you..? Yet she talked about Fiona all the time..
You ran over to Patricia tackling her into a hug with hot tears streaming down your face, She chuckled before embracing you in a hug.
“W-Why me..?” You choked out looking up at her,

“Because, I love you. I always have. Yes, I know. I always talked about how I loved Fiona and how I had feelings for her, but I never did. I always had feelings for you. You meant the world to me and still do, so.. Even though we're not dating, Will you marry me..?” She asked with an awkward laugh following, you laughed along with her.
“O-Of course.” You replied, Practically everyone at the church was cheering, even Eli and Fiona. God, even your father was cheering for you.

You stood up holding Patricia's hand in yours smiling at her, She gladly returned the smile before giving you a quick peck on the lips stunning you.
You stood there frozen with a flustered expression on your face, Patricia laughed — booping your nose and wiping your tears before walking over to Fiona.
“Thank you, Fiona.” Patricia said smiling at the now Wife to Eli.
“It was my pleasure.” She said smiling back at Patricia before ruffling your hair and speaking,

“You're so oblivious y'know.” “Says the one that stole the one I loved—” She cut you off, “But who's getting married to another soon?” She asked with a raised brow and a smirk, you shut your mouth which earned her a laugh, “Told ya~”

You looked at the girl you were gonna marry soon examining her features, you had never realised how gorgeous she really was. Her auburn eyes that complimented her dark skin, her dark black hair that flowed effortlessly as she talked, and her tall but slim figure that would fit perfectly in any outfit.
She caught you staring which she smirked at, “Like what you see?~” She taunted, You snapped out of your gaze looking away as she laughed.
She squeezed your hand before pulling you away from the big crowd of people,

“I want you to remember this, remember us, and everything we've been through together. So,” She stopped talking for a minute before slipping a thornless rose behind your ear.

“I love you, never forget that. Alright?”

I'm sorry for leaving y'all on a cliffhanger and this being such a short chapter, I literally have major writers block and I had nothing to write,,
but again, thank you all for so many reads and votes. i really never expected to get this far especially from my trashy writing-
I'm also very sorry about the father thing, I had a father figure when I was younger but all I grew up around was negative influences and such, I really didn't mean to make it so horrible or rude about what the reader's father had done or said- but anyways

one last thing, make sure to eat, stay hydrated, focus on yourself once in a while and ask yourself a question,, encourage yourself, do something that makes you happy!

small things like that can really make a difference,
