Everyone was stuck in the tower for who knows how long. Sam and Bucky kept arguing and Steve had to intervene a few times to stop them from actually fighting. Natasha was playing a board game with the twins.
Tony was down in the lab with Bruce. They kept trying to find a cure or something to help with the virus. It was silent in the lab so when they heard a frustrated yell, they jumped. Tony looked over at Bruce, confused. Bruce shrugged and looked at the screens.
Tony walked over to the vents and looked up. "Clint. What the hell are you doing in the vents?"
"Oh you know just hanging around." Clint glared down at Tony. Tony smiled and crossed his arms.
"Oh that's cool. Maybe you can come down now and help us."
"I um I cant." Clint closed his eyes. Bruce was confused and walked over, leaning against Tony's side.
"Why cant you come down?" Bruce asked. Tony smiled and pressed a kiss to Bruce's temple. Clint groaned and banged his head against the inside of the vents.
"Because I'm stuck." Clint mumbled. Tony laughed and almost doubled over. Bruce smiled, but tried to hide it behind his hand. Clint glared down at them and tried moving. It didnt work, if anything it made him more stuck.
"Oh god the bird got stuck in his own nest!" Tony laughed and fell to his knees.
"Oh ya, laugh it up old man. Just remember when I get out, your dead." Clint threatened. It didnt work, it only made Tony laugh more. Bruce started laughing as well just not as hard as his boyfriend was.
It took a good few hours of trying to get Clint out of the vents. Finally, with the help of Steve and Bucky, they got him down. Clint brushed off the dust from the vents and looked up at Tony. Tony's eyes widen and he took off running. Clint yelled and chased after him. Steve looked at the scene, confused. Bucky smiled. "I like it here. Its fun." Beuce smiled at the reference and Steve looked more confused.
"Its a Star Trek reference, Steve." Bruce told him, while watching his boyfriend get chased by an angry Clint.
"Oh" They all watched the other two run around the lab.
It was a couple days later and everyone settled down. Tony and Bruce managed to find the cure. They had overseas help from a certain princess and now the whole world was saved. Tony was relaxing back on the couch, drinking a glass of expensive alcohol. Bruce was laying in his lap, reading a new book. Everything was calm until a cup of ice water dumped all down the back of Tony's shirt. Tony screamed and bolted off the couch. They all heard Clints hysterical laughter and the sound of the elevator doors closing. Tony screamed a death threat at Clint and Bruce was smiling. Bucky was laughing so hard he fell into Steve's lap. Steve smiled and leaned back in his chair. Jarvis had recorded the whole thing and sent it to the other members of the team.
Quarantine has not been fun but as long as you keep yourself entertained, you can get through it. The Avengers somehow got out alive. Well Clint might not once Tony gets his hands on him.
