Dear diary
I'm back and I'm currently on break and let me tell you everything is going to shit. So first cheryl canceled on our tradition so we had a big argument about it and I've kind of been ignoring her and did a lot of stupid things.we might not even be best friends anymore. second im pretty sure the whole school knows about us not being friends now since I didn't even sit by her which is what I always do. And I just want to break down crying but I feel like I'm angrier than what I'm saying I'm angry about. I think I'm upset because Cheryl's the only real person I have left and she bailed on me  Plus I like her a lot so it makes it harder but I've never been the type 2 fix anything so I guess our friendship is over. I looked into her eyes when I walked into class she literally look like she was about to break down crying it hurt me to ignore it her but whatever.

Toni was closing her diary putting it in her bookbag when josie walked in. I never really liked josie since I've always been kinda jealous because her and cheryl kinda dated a couple months back toni thought to her self. Is this true josie said showing toni the tweet about her and cheryl. I guess why? Ouu girl y'all need to fix this! Josie said. Look josie I dont need you to tell me what I need to do ok? Toni said grabbing her bag and walking out. As she was walking in the halls girls kept coming up to her asking if they could be friends or hang until she got tired of it. LOOK CAN YOU ALL JUST BACK  THE FUCK UP I DONT WANT A FUCKING BESTFRIEND ANYMORE! The hallway was now quiet and she turned around and saw cheryl standing by her locker. She looked her in her eyes and stared at her for a moment she felt like it was only them two in the whole hallway. She broke out of it when she felt tears forming in her eyes and walked off to 4th period.
Cheryl walked the opposite way going into the gym room to get ready for vixens practice. Its usually her and toni who judge tryouts but it was just going to be her today. Betty and veronica walked in and saw toni wasn't there so betty texted toni
Betty: hey even if you aren't talking to cheryl you still are co-captain of the vixens.
Betty put her phone up and her and veronica left since they already had a spot on the team.
Toni read the message and just went. She wasn't as close to betty and veronica as much as cheryl was. She went to the locker room seeing it was empty and changed. She heard the girls who were trying out line up so she grabbed a clipboard and walked out.
Once the locker room door shut everyone turned there heads and saw toni walking towards them. It was quiet. Cheryl was in her chair as toni grabbed her own chair scooting it a little away from cheryl. There was so much tension between toni and cheryl plus the girls trying out whispering not making it any better. Cheryl got up and started to speak "okay so everyone line up and toni is going to do the choreography I want you all to follow on. Got it?" The girls nodded as toni let out a groan not even looking at cheryl but bumping her shoulder making cheryl ball her fist up. Cheryl hated that they were fighting she hated the tension she wanted everything to be normal again. Cheryl was lost in her thoughts when toni spoke " can you play the music or did you forget about that too" the girls gasped. Cheryl got up and forcefully pressed play on the music. Toni started to dance hitting every pop,roll spin,hair flip and glide perfectly. Cheryl couldn't help but crack a little smile watching her. But her face instantly went straight when the music stopped. Toni stood in front of the girls catching her breath as cheryl walked up and started to speak "I hope you memorized that because if no- your cut toni said cutting cheryl off. Cheryl didn't even try to finish as she walked back to her chair and grabbed her phone and texted veronica who was in 4th period
Cheryl: look I cant do this practice toni literally is acting like she hates me and I'm just gonna say fuck everything and leave in a second
Veronica: just get through it please and meet us at pop's.
Cheryl: I swear I'm not going to keep letting her punk me
Veronica: ok ok I'm coming down with betty in right now
Cheryl got up and told the girls it was a quick break. And went to the locker room. Toni rolled her eyes at cheryl sudden break and sat in her chair. Betty and veronica walked in the locker room seeing cheryl splashing water on her face. So cheryl what do you want us to do? I dont know she said crying now. I hate the tension I just want us to be normal again. Me and betty can go talk to her. No! She dosent really like you guys cheryl said looking guilty.  What why? They both said at the same Time. Well she kind of told me you two are trying to literally kidnap me like all the other girls at this school I thought she was kidding. But this was when I first hanging with you guys. I would ask her to join but she always said no. That's when I knew she wasn't joking. I never said anything about it though.
The three girls were talking not realizing it had been 15 minutes when toni busted the door open saying "CAN YOU HURR- but stopping when she saw veronica and Betty. She scoffed getting ready to leave when veronica called toni. Can you leave me alone please toni said. Going back in pushing pass the three girls grabbing her gym bag and walking out but not before saying "since you three are so close how about you finish practice on your own I'm going home" in with that she left.
Veronica and Betty both looked at Cheryl to see she was Crying. once they tried to walk up to her and cheer her up she said "it's fine we are obviously not best friends anymore" she fixed herself up and left to finish practice by Herself.
Once toni got home skipping the rest of her school day she threw her bookbag agaisnt the wall and went upstairs to change into some workout clothes. She went running around the town of riverdale as she cried. But stopped once when she bumped into an unfamiliar girl. Oops I'm so sorry toni said catching her breath. No it's my fault the girl said. I've never seen you around here toni said to the girl
Oh I just moved her from San Francisco my name is Kennedy the girl said. Hi I'm toni, toni topaz she said shaking her hand.

Toni thought to herself she needed a distraction and Kennedy was pretty so why not be her friend?
Hey there's this restaurant a couple blocks away you wanna go? Toni asked yea sure but dont you wanna like change? You are in a sports bra and biker shorts? Kennedy said laughing
I'm fine people know me around here toni said and with that the two left.
Veronica and betty told cheryl to finish up practice and they'd go get something to eat which cheryl agreed to. So once practice was finish they made there was to pops not expecting what they were going to see.
