Toni and cheryl ended up completing there project at school. Things are different between them and they and all there friends could tell. They weren't seeming as close as usual. The big group of kids were all siting in the lounge either talking and laughing when the intercom came on and said "Anntoinet Topaz Please report to the principals office" What's that about cheryl asked Toni shrugged her shoulders and went to the principals office. She walked in seeing a blonde with blue eyes who she kinda think she recognized. Wait Skylar is that you? Yess she said going over to hug the girl. Your hot topaz Skylar said looking her up and down. Yea I could say the same about you toni said looking the girl up and down. Skylar and toni were friends before she met cheryl the tried to date but both were in 7th grade so they told eachother when they were older.
What brings you to riverdale toni asked? Well my dad had got a job near here so we stopped in town for a while That's great toni said Now come on I need to show you my friends she said pulling skylar out the office and into the lounge Woah who's this hottie reggie said getting up Back off I'm a full on lesbians Skylar said making toni laugh. That right there is reggie, the blonde and brunette over there are veronica and betty. The one with the cat ears is josie. The two with the leather jacket are sweet pea and fangs. The one with the sweater right there is kevin And the two on the couch right here are Kennedy and cheryl. Guys this is skylar toni said. Everyone waved How do you two know eachother cheryl asked confused? Well before me and you met I guess you can say me and Skylar "dated" but she left riverdale. Topaz pulls all the hotties reggie said Oh fuck you reg toni said. "You never told me" cheryl said I guess I just kinda forgot to mention it toni replied. Cheryl rolled her eyes and mumbled whatever. She didn't like the fact that her and toni didn't even seem like bestfriends anymore. Anyways you guys wanna go to pops today after school Kennedy asked breaking tension Everyone agreed and got up going there separate ways. Toni,cheryl and skylar were walking through the halls and skylar asked So toni are you dating anybody here? Toni took a quick glance at cheryl then back to Skylar Uh no actually! She said Suprising I woulda thought you woulda moved on skylar said. This time cheryl looked at toni and toni looked at cheryl but didn't say anything Actually I did move on but I guess not into a relationship (the shade) Well that's unfortunate skylar said Yeah I know toni replied Cheryl looked at toni knowing she was referring to her. Hey I'm gonna go I have to get ready for vixens practice cheryl said turning around wait we can go with you? Toni said Un no it's fine catch up cheryl said with an obvious fake smile that toni obviously recognized. Cheryl walked off What are the vixens? Skylar asked Oh it's a cheerleading group me and cheryl are co-captains of Ouu I wanna see! Can we go to the gym please skylar said Toni really didn't want to go since she sensed something was off with cheryl but she couldn't say no to Skylar so she agreed and started walking to the gym Cheryl and the other vixens had just started doing the dance for the football game next week when toni and Skylar quietly walked in making sure not to disturb them. Toni watched as cheryl glided and flipped her hair and dance so smoothly with amazement. She couldn't get over her feelings for cheryl and she hated ii. when one of the dumbest ideas ever popped in her mind Skylar? Wassup Skylar whispered still looking at the vixens dance. Do you wanna give what happened in 7th grade another chance. Skyler's head quickly turned to face toni. What do you mean? I mean it was nice hanging out with you today and I missed it. And plus you told Me we'd try again when we were older. Fine toni! Your a fetch anyway Skylar said laughing . So what's cheryl to you? Skylar asked Shes my bestfriend Really dosent really seem like you two are that close? Yea we got into this argument last month and after we made up everything's been a little rocky. Toni left out the part of the diary and her feelings for cheryl. So are you gonna tell her and the rest of your friends were dating again? Skylar said Uh yea we can tell them at pops today. The pink haired girl said Okay Vixens practice is over Cheryl said as all the girls started crowding into the locker room to get changed Cheryl was grabbing her water bottle when Skylar pulled toni off the bleachers and walked up to her. Please dont speak to me cheryl thought to herself Cheryl Skylar said Cheryl acted like she didn't hear Cheryl she repeated Oh hu? The redhead asked Are you coming to pops afterschool Skylar asked Uh yea I didn't know you were cheryl said. Yea I am and me and toni have something to telk you guys the blonde said. Ofcourse you do cheryl mumbled walking towards the locker room. Okay bye then toni said Yup se ya the redhead replied once reaching the locker room Cheryl got in the locker room and all the girls were gone she threw her bag on the floor and just sat there She felt like everything was going to shit but instead of crying she composed herself and went home instead of going to her last class. No one was home so that was good she thought. About fifty minutes of laying in her bed her phone dinged Toni: where are you u didn't come to 8th period? Cheryl didn't respond instead she made a Instagram post.

Toni and Kennedy were walking to her car when Kennedy said You should talk to cheryl something's off. Yea I know the pink-haired girl replied No seriously toni I know kenz now can we go toni said getting into her car
It was 3:45 and everyone was at pops except cheryl. Should I call her betty asked I'm sure shes on her way the blonde responded
Cheryl alarm had just went off. She got up a went to change her clothes she put on her plaid skirt and a red long sleeve shirt. She put her black knee high boots and black sunglasses on and left out.
It was now 4:15 The group of kids were sitting in two booths Betty,veronica, kevin,josie in one a And toni Skylar and Kennedy in the other. They all turned there heads when the door bell mingled to see cheryl walk in she walked over and sat next to Kennedy everyone just started at the red head who didn't say anything. She took of her glasses and just looked What? She said Well you ditch school and post that beautifully depressing picture and just say what? Kevin asked pulling a chair up to the booth. And why didn't you text me back? Tonibsaid Cheryl huffed and said "This is not an interrogation can we order" Uh sure Kennedy said getting pops attention Once they all got there food they were just talking but not cheryl she was scrolling on Instagram and from time to time toni would look at her trying to tell what was wrong but couldn't. Oh toni what did you have to tell us? Kennedy asked, everyone was now looking at them including cheryl who's phone was still in her hand. Well me and toni decided to give us another try Skylar said. Cheryl quirked her eyebrow Wait what's? As in like dating? Kevin asked uh yeah dating toni said taking a quick glance at chery who was looking directly at her. Well that's good Kennedy said Yea I like it betty said Cheryl felt this anger building up inside her but she couldn't just leave. She didn't feel like getting asked questions by everyone around her so she just looked down at her phone when a message popped up Kevin: meet me outside now! Cheryl got up Where are you going kenzi asked I'm just stepping out real quick The redhead walked towards the door kevin following her The rest of the kids looked out on the two through the window Cheryl what's up with you your asking off? The boy said Honestly I dont know kevin just not in the mood I guess No cheryl ever since that day you told toni about the diary it's been weird. He replied Your not really talking to toni or Skylar wassup with that? Wait a minute I think I know he said with a smirk What kev? What do you know oh my god! You like toni That ridiculous she replied rolling her eyes Actually its not, but dont worry i won't tell anyone now come back in he said pulling her towards the door Oh and cheryl socialize jealousy dosent look good on you he said smirking The redhead rolled her eyes and punched kev in the diner. The two sat back down Everything okay? Toni said Yup cheryl replied with a straight face And looked over at kev who was smirking Oh well I liked talking to you all but I have somewhere I wanna show toni skylar said getting up grabbing Toni's arm. Yea we enjoyed your company kevin said Well bye then Skylar said walking off with toni. I'm tired and I have homework to do so I guesse I'm leaving cheryl said getting up Fine but text me later veronica said. Cheryl said bye to them all unlike toni and left. Eventually the rest of the kids went there separate ways as well
