"Because it's barely even Christmas! The tree will die too quick"

"No it won't" Felix crawled over seating himself in Chan's lap. Ok maybe he was trying to guilt trip him... a little bit

"We can't, that's so much effort too" Chan tried to reason grabbing Felixs cheeks gently.

"But whyyyy?" Felix whined holding Chan's wrists inbetween his palms

"Becuausseee" Chan imitated his tone with a sly smile

"Stop copying me"

"Shut up" Felix tried to roll away but Chan grabbed him into a hug before he could.

"Look" Chan gave Felix's lips a peck "we aren't getting a tree right now"

"But why?" Felix dodged Chan's attempt to kiss him again in favour of pouting at him

"Because I said so"

"Why does it have to be what you say?! What if I just go out and get a tree on my own?!"

"You wouldn't " Chan gave Felix a pointed look

"Try me!" Felix gave just the same glare back.

The staring contest went on for a little while until Chan gave Felix another kiss

"We aren't getting a tree today"

"Yes we are"

They, in fact, did go and get a tree.
