I pull myself up as the spider bite started to give me a sickly feeling, water dripped from my face as I felt my own muscles stretch and grow, my hands began to stick to the concrete as I stumbled down.

Gwen limped beside me and put her hand on my back softly.

"It bit you didn't it?" She asked as she rubbed my back lightly, I was questioning why she was doing it but it did help my hands stop sticking oddly enough.

I simply nodded as I stood up with Gwen following my action, she started to limp forward which was when I noticed the bone sticking out of her left leg.

'The fuck was Peter's arms made of?!' I thought as I quickly jogged to her.

"Gwen stop!" I said as I held her still, which before took some strength but now it was as if I was stopping any regular person.

She simply looked at me in confusion as she choked a cough from the smoke from the burning lab behind us, I then pointed at her leg and she looked down.

"OH SHIT!" She yelled as she sat down, I looked back at the lab for a moment and then heard a loud click sound, I swiftly turned my head back.

"Did you just... shove the bone... back in??" I asked as I webbed up her wound.

She nodded with obvious pain as she stood up on one leg, I gently picked her up into a princess carry and slowly walked out of the smoke... it was a slow walk until I heard a strong laughter behind me, I looked back as Harry, now covered in a melting green substance, sprinted at me with a big smile on his face...

I then tripped him because he wasn't exactly seeing well with the green stuff on him, he face planted and I assumed he was knocked out by the impact.

I shrug with Gwen in my arms, she still coughed and so I tore her mask from where her mouth and nose was so her eyes were still covered and got her out of the grey smog, she thankfully stopped coughing.

Then there was the sound of a helicopter, I look up to see the Oscorp logo on it.

When I saw the logo I wrapped the torn piece of fabric over my mouth and nose and ran off towards my apartment with Gwen in my arms, the Helicopter followed behind us but that was when I noticed something odd.

I was running twice as fast as the helicopter.

Ususally Oscorp brand Helicopters go at around 130 mph. So I'm running at around 260 mph across rooftops.

The area around me started to look familiar as I noticed my old pizza delivery shortcuts, I was getting close to home but the helicopter was still following behind me so I couldn't just dip back there, especially with Flash still there as well.

I redirected my travel plans towards the giant tower in the center of the city, currently having a giant A removed from the front of it as the Avengers used to live there... when there was an Avengers that is.

Just before I got to the tower with Gwen, I made sure to jump into a sewer pipe to get out of the sight of the helicopter and to gain a sneaky way into the tower.

"Wha... smelly!" Gwen said as I noticed she had fallen asleep... or fainted I guess and was sleep talking.

I walked on the ceiling of the sewer to avoid the nasty water below me, and after peeking outside I saw the tower in all it's empty glory.

After making sure that the coast was clear I got both me and Gwen out of the sewer with little to no smell on us luckily.

Surprisingly no one noticed me casually climbing up the tower with someone in a crude web sling on my back.

I quickly found a vent shaft that had it's security recently removed, not liking my luck streak being high.

The vent led me to what seemed to be an old bar with a penthouse style of balcony, a couple of damage marks here and there but I suppose you should expect that from the Avengers.

After gently letting Gwen lay on a nearby couch that was very very long, I grabbed some medical supplies and did a rough bandage up on her leg which seemed to already be healing nicely.

"There you go Gwen" I whispered as I collapsed onto the couch, still feeling my transformation running it's course with my eyes going wacky.

"Gwen said that it was just like puberty but like... mostly filled with anxiety... she didn't mention anything about my eyes feeling sore" I said to myself as I rubbed my eyes... then something odd happened, my vision went red... but my eyes were still closed.

I slowly opened them to see the world was like a rush of colour, but only from deep blue to red.

"Is this?" I said to myself again as I noticed the marble floor was a deep blue but me and Gwen were more around the red spectrum.

'I HAVE HEAT VISION!' I mentally yelled, using what I assumed was a left over lighter of Stark's, seeing the flame glow a deep red with my eyes.

I closed them for a bit and they seemed to of cooled off, now my vision returned to normal, but my growth was still taking a toll on me.

But then my new Spider-Sense went off, it was like I had a siren planted in my skull was going at full blast, but it quickly became a silent buzz, and so I slowly turned around to what my senses were warning me about. There stood a person in a suit that looked a lot like Gwens one, but black and red and the person looked around my age, a bit short though.

"You must be this dimensions Spider-man, what happened?" The guy asked as he gestured to Gwen.

"Wouldn't you like to know, who are you huh?" I asked, aiming Gwens webshooter at him as if it was threatening.

"Whoa there quick webber, the name is Miles, Miles Morales" He said as he put his arm out to shake.

I slapped his hand away.

"You cheated on Gwen you asshole!" I yelled, Gwen groaning on the couch.

Both me and Miles went silent as Gwen slowly opened her eyes.

"Y/n... who... MILES?!" Gwen yelled, standing up in an angry pose.

"I know I messed up, thats on me, and I know we ain't getting back and I accept that. I just wanted to check up on you because apparently multiple dimensions have talked about you taking on challenges in each, and I wouldn't of checked but you haven't been back at Earth-65 for months" Miles explained as Gwen shook her head.

"I have been stuck here ever since my interdimensional device broke, and I'm not exactly able to fix it" Gwen said as she took off her torn mask, Miles doing the same.

"I'll get you back home then, it's lucky you haven't died here yet" Miles suggested as he started to set up a dimensional web.

Gwen walked over beside me, grabbing my hand.

"If I'm going anywhere, he's coming with" Gwen stated, her grip strong.
