"what a lucky son of a bitch." lisa muttered to herself as she entered her and rosie's shared dorm.

"what did hanbin do again?" asked rosie as she set her guitar aside, welcoming her bestfriend to have a chat.

"walked in on him and jennie making out. absolutely disgusting."

"well, maybe if you weren't such a coward you'd be the one sucking faces with her." said rosie with a small laugh.

"whatever, they wouldn't last anyway. hanbin's going to debut soon."

"i have a question, do you actually wanna be with her? like even when we debut and stuff."

"nah. i can't risk my career." said lisa. "this is probably just a small crush anyway, it'll probably pass."

"yeah, sure." rosie smirked. "but it's better if you let her know, at least."

"and be rejected? like you?"

"fuck off!" rosie cursed at the bitter memory that flooded her mind.

flashback:

"jisoo unnie? i have something to tell you." said rosie shyly, sitting down beside the older girl.

"yeah?" asked jisoo, putting away the book she was reading.

"i-uhm ... i like you. ever since i met you. you were so pretty and kind and intelligent and i like you so much. you're so beautiful when you're asleep too and to be honest you're the reason why i want to improve my korean also your voice is so beautiful and i could listen to you sing my whole li-"

"chaeyoung ..." jisoo said, putting an end to rosie's rambling. "i'm sorry. i only see you as a younger sister, you know that? thank you, really. but i just don't ... you know."

rosie heard her heart crack and her throat go dry. she prepared herself for the rejection, but she wasn't prepared for the pain.

"o-okay. i understand." rosie couldn't bare to see the older girl's face again, so she stood up and ran back to her own dorm.

"yo, rosie. i was joking." lisa snapped her back to reality.

"no, no, it's okay. there's tons of girls out there." said rosie.

"but you only want kim jisoo." teased lisa with an annoying smile.

rosie rolled her eyes but agreed nevertheless, "yeah, i only want kim jisoo."

"hey, lisa!" jennie called out. pink punk had just finished their practice. they originally were supposed to debut in 2012, but two members left. they're going to debut next year as a 7-member group, hopefully.

"oh, hey, jennie." said lisa, facing the shorter girl.

"jennie? what happened to nini?" jennie pouted.

lisa couldn't help but smile at that, "hey, nini."

jennie smiled, "i miss you. i know we haven't been able to spend much time nowadays."
