jennie in red has always been one of lisa's weakness.

"do i look okay?" jennie asked lisa who was sitting in the back.

"you look amazing." said lisa, almost as a whisper.

"do you like it? i know you like sexy girls in red." jennie teased with a smile.

"damn right i do." said lisa, standing up and wrapping her arms around jennie's small waist. "i'm proud of you." lisa said, looking straight into jennie's catlike eyes.

"thank you, lisa."

"be careful with your ankle, alright?"

"you told me a thousand times already."

"i don't care." lisa chuckled. for some reason, she felt a natural urge to kiss the older girl. but for a hundred different reasons, she couldn't.

jennie's phone rang from the other side of the room, "oh, i gotta get that. it's probably jongin."

jongin, jennie's boyfriend, member of kpop group exo and more known as kai. "okay." said lisa before letting go of jennie's waist and letting her go to her phone.

jongin was perfect for jennie. he was sweet, kind, caring, everything that a woman could ask for. there's literally nothing to hate about him, and that's the reason why lisa loathes him.

lisa sat down on her seat once again, finding nothing to do other than play a random game on her phone.

"jongin?!" jennie exclaimed.

lisa looked over at the door to see the man of jennie's heart enter the dressing room.

"why are you here?!" jennie ran to him before throwing her arms around his neck.

"i couldn't miss my baby's debut!" he exclaimed, as if he was stating the obvious.

he pulled away from jennie's embrace, "let me see your outfit!"

jennie turned around, showing jongin her full outfit.

"beautiful." jongin commented.

"absolutely disgusting." lisa thought.

"oh, hey, lisa." greeted jongin with a smile, "how are ya?"

lisa faked a smile, "i'm good, oppa."

"that's good to know." jongin smiled, "well, i'll be in the crowd, cheering you on." he shifted his attention to jennie, giving her a wink.

"thank you, my love." said jennie.

"you're welcome. and goodluck." jongin kissed jennie's forehead, giving her hand a squeeze before turning around and walking out of the room.

"they're cute, aren't they?"

the voice shocked lisa, causing her to almost drop her phone, "maeng unnie! what did i say about randomly creeping up on me?!"

"to never do it again?"

"yeah, that!"

"sorry."

"it's fine. but yeah, they're cute." lisa agreed through gritted teeth.

"something irks me about him though."

"what?" asked lisa, genuinely curious.

"doesn't he seem, you know, gay?"

lisa blinked twice, "what do you mean?"

"it's just that ... no straight man dresses that well. and he's a little too interested in the makeup jennie uses. we literally had a 20 minute conversation about a foundation i've never even heard of in my life."

maeng might be onto something, but lisa shook her head, "unnie, you're being judgemental."

"i probably am."

lisa sighed as she entered rosie's room.

"what did jongin oppa do again?" asked rosie, flipping a page of the book she was reading.

"nothing. he's so perfect, chaeng. i can't hate him at all."

"just be happy for jennie unnie. and maybe get yourself someone else. you can't keep sulking over her, you know?" said rosie, still completely focused on her book.

"there's just ... no one like her."

"... lisa that's the point."

lisa rolled her eyes at her bestfriend.

"okay," rosie put her book down, "is there anyone that you have a crush on except miss jennie kim over there?"

"nah."

rosie breathed in, "someone you find attractive?"

"gongyoo?"

"someone obtainable."

"i don't know, man."

"damn, jennie unnie's got you that bad, huh?"

"so bad."

"how 'bout tzuyu?"

"i don't like younger girls. i feel like i'm doing something wrong."

"me too. i prefer older women."

"no shit." lisa scoffed.

"how 'bout that niki girl? she's dm'ed you before right?"

lisa widened her eyes, "park chaeyoung you are a genius! i should talk to to her."

"how did you started talking anyway?"

"she thanked me for enjoying her music then the conversation flowed smoothly."

"sounds like a romance blossoming to me."

"we'll see chaeng, we'll see."
