3 days, I've been in the hospital for 3 days and I'm so ready to go.

To much has happened in the matter of three days and if you don't know let me be the one to tell you.

To start off everyone found out I had cancer. Sucks to be me right...but you know you have to make the best out of a bad situation. Secondly, my parents left and told me don't contact them again an when I'm on my death bed I shouldn't contact them either.

It hurts that they said that but I don't care cause it goes to show that your family won't always be there for you.

And lastly I still don't have a place to stay. I think I'm going to crash at the bar for another day or two then get a hotel.

Oh yah and I forgot about Ms. perfect and Mr. overachiever, my two siblings who happened to be twins they left as well, so now it's just me.

Suddenly the door opened pulling me out of my deep thoughts by my nurse asking if I was ready to go

"Yes I'm ready" I stated lifting up for the bed, placing my feet on the ground and rising up.

I instantly became light headed and held onto the bar of the bed, trying to hold my weight up so I won't fall onto my face.

"Sweetheart, do you need some help?" The sweet nurse ask me

One tear slipped out my eyes, and I nodded my head because If I were to let go of this bar I was certainly going to fall down.

She walked over to me, put one of my arms around her shoulder and walked me over to the couch to gather all of my belongings.

"Okay, so I'll be back in 5 minutes with the wheel chair, you going to have to be on bed rest for a day or two cause of the dizziness your experiencing— other than that your all good my love" she spoke smiling and winking sweetly before leaving the room to get the chair

I placed all my items in a near by bag, changed out of the hospital rob and waited for the lady to return

In the matter of seconds my phone began ringing.

The caller ID said  Mickey Thomas. I was happy yet surprised that he was calling me because we never exchanged numbers so how could he have gotten mine.

I answered on the last ring, placing my phone up to my ear

"Hey sunshine" I smiled at this

"Hi to you too"

"I heard about what happened, are you feeling better" he asked

"Yah, just waiting to be released" I stated scratching the back of my neck, while slouching on the couch

"Okay okay, by any chance do you have a way home?"

I didn't respond, not because I didn't have a way home because I didn't have a home in general, where was I supposed to go that wouldn't look like I am homeless

" Apollo are you there" he spoke a again

"Oh yah I'm here,I'm just going to take a cap"

"A cab? No I'm coming to get you—"

"No no , it's fine I don't want you to leave what your doing to come get me" I interrupted him

"It's all fine I was just hanging with Jackson, and I won't take no for answer so I'll be at the hospital in 5"

"Are you sure, ion want to be a burden" I said dropping my head a little and biting on my nails

"Yes I'm 100 percent sure"

That was the lasting he spoke before the line went dead I was nervous but happy someone was their for me, I hate feeling helpless but their is points in your life that your going to need some kind of help .

Not long after the nurse return with the wheel chair, I place all my items on my lap and she wheel me out the room and then out the hospital. I waited almost 10 minutes until Mickey showed up and I was really happy until I seen the person in the passenger seat.

And I bet you can guess who it was.

Yup, you guessed it—Jackson. He was all wide eyed when he looked at me in the wheel chair. He had pity and sympathy all over he's face I couldn't help the tears that were threatening to fall.

I couldn't understand why one guy can make me feel so shitty when I was feeling shitty, I closed my eyes breath in twice and plastered a fake smile onto my face when Mickey hopped out the car to greet me

"Hey sunshine, you ready to go" he spoke

"Yah I'm ready. I didn't know Jackson was coming" I said looking him straight in the eyes

"Sorry, it was a last minute thing. He had a great idea that we all hang out together since it's my last day in town"

"Oh no, we won't get our dinner" I said avoiding his eye contact

He turned my head to meet his eyes and said "I promise you, when I come back  we'll have our first date" he's beautiful bluish-grey eyes spoke so much truth you couldn't help to get intoxicated by them

I nodded my head and let him, guided me
towards his car.

When we were half way there, Jackson jumped out and walked over towards the backseat door holding it opening for me. What a nice gesture but I knew it wouldn't last long.

"Thank you" I spoke softly

"No problem, buckle up"

"You got her man, ima start the car" Mickey said hold my lower back

"Yah I got her" Jackson responded

I maneuvered between them and placed my body into the car. When I was just about to close the door I felt Jackson eyes staring at me and I couldn't help to look into his green ones.

Mickey eyes were beautiful nonetheless but Jackson's green orbs knew how to make a girl fall in-love with him.

He could look deep into a girls soul with just a glance and I was scared that one day my walls would fall down and he'll be able to look into mine.

Another staring contest, and another win for Jackson yet again I broke eye contact. I was falling into deep an needed to look away, he was trying to read me and I didn't want to let that happen

" why do you keep doing that" he asked

"Doing what?" I stated

"Looking away"

"Cause I'm scared you'll find something that I'm not ready to share"

"It's just me"

"I know but is that supposed to make it better" I closed the car door after that, leaving Jackson speechless.

Jackson walked back to the passenger side hopping into the car. He glanced at me a quick second—our eyes meeting yet again before he looked away and Mickey pulled out of the hospital parking lot.
