"Goodmorning" Jeffrey said at me with a smile.
"Morning" I said without looking at him.
Akala siguro nya di nako galit sakanya porket pinatulog ko lang sya sa kwarto ko.
"Love, galit ka pa din ba sakin?" He back hugged me.
I didn't said anything and let him hug me bahala sya dyan kausapin nya sarili nya.
"Ganto kasi yon that girl is my ex girlfriend her name is Amanda ang sabi nya sakin mahal nya pa ako I didn't said anything about mahal ko pa sya matagal na kaming break at hindi ko na sya mahal ikaw na ang mahal ko ngayon ok?" He hold my hands.
"Pero nagpahalik kapa din?" I glared at him.
"Pinilit nya ako! I swear I tried to move her away from me pero nahalikan nya parin ako" He said with a disgusted face.
"I-promise mo sakin na hindi mo na gagawin yon ulit" I raised my pinky finger.
"Promise!" He raised his pinky finger too.

Suddenly his phone vibrated, may tumatawag sakanya.
"Wait lang love ahh sasagutin kolang toh" He walked away from me and answered the call.
That time kinabahan ako I don't know pero I felt a sudden emotion.
"Po?! Saan pong ospital? Sige po pupunta po ako dyan" He ended the call and kissed my forehead.
"Saan ka pupunta? Sinong nasa ospital?" I curiously said.
"Someone will pick you up later, I will explain it when you get there" He left.
My heart suddenly skip a beat nung umalis sya, parang may nagsasabi sakin na pigilan ko ang pag-alis nya pero binalewala ko nalang yon kaya kolang siguro nararamdaman yon dahil pagod ako.
FAST FORWARD
Someone knocked at my door, siguro yon na yung sinasabi sakin ni Jeffrey na susunduin ako kaya binuksan ko nalang.
"Ken? Anong ginagawa mo dito? Diba dapat nasa US ka?" I said with a confused reaction.
"Hindi nako sumama kila Jen kasi may business akong inaasikaso dito and pinapasundo ka sakin ni Jeffrey" Ken explained.
We went inside his car actually ang awkward kasi we haven't seen each other for a while.
"Sino nga palang nasa ospital?" I started a conversation.
"Si Amanda his ex girlfriend, She have a leukemia stage 2" He said which made me cover my mouth in shocked.
"H-how? Mukha naman syang healthy nung nakita ko sya kahapon" I stuttered.
"She was just pretending that she's ok but she's not ok Amanda was my bestfriend, nakita ko kung pano sya nasasaktan kapag nakikita nya kayong magkasama ni Jeffrey. Pero tiniis nya lahat ng sakit para lang makitang masaya ang taong mahal nya" Tears already fall from his eyes but he just wiped them.
I suddenly felt bad for being mad at Amanda, may sakit na pala sya pero iniinda nya ang sakit para lang makita nyang masaya ang minamahal nya.
We arrived at the hospital and went inside Amanda's room, I saw her weak body laying on the bed.
"Amanda I'm sorry" I whispered.
"Don't say sorry ako dapat ang nagsasabi nyan dahil ako ang dahilan kung bakit kayo nag-away ni Jeffrey" Amanda smiled.
"Maiwan ko muna kayo" Ken went outside to give us privacy.
"You don't deserve this" I said and sit beside her bed.
"Leila, can I ask you a favor? Please take care of Jeffrey kapag nawala ako he was my first love and will be my last love" Her tears started to fall.
"Shh don't say that, you will survive this ok? Alam kong kaya mo toh" My tears started to fall too.
Ayokong nakakakita ng mga taong nasasaktan ng dahil sakin, it made me cry too.
"I-I'm really sorry because of what happened yesterday hindi na mangyayari ulit yon I promised" She said sorry again.
"It's ok Amanda" I smiled at her and went outside the room to find Jeffrey.
"Jeffrey please alam kong may iba ka ng mahal na babae ngayon pero I want my daughter to live and the only way is balikan mo sya be with her again mahal na mahal ka ng anak ko Jeffrey I hope you understand that" I saw Amanda's mom begging for Jeffrey to love her daughter again.
Hindi ko na kinaya so I run away and go outside I cried kasi hindi ko na alam kung anong gagawin ko masyadong madaming nangyayari.
"Love, hindi ko kaya" Jeffrey hugged me and cried.
"Let's end this relationship" I seriously said.
"Niloloko mo ba ako?" He nervously laughed.
"I'm not kidding here have this" I removed my necklace that he gave to me I always wear that wherever I go.
"Give it to her make her happy like how you make me happy, love her like how you love me" I cried again when I remembered our memories together.
"Thankyou sa 3months, 6days, and 5hours na nakasama kita, for the last time I wanted to say that I love you but I need to let you go" I walked away from him.
He was speechless and just stay where he is hindi na nya ako sinundan, hindi nya ako hinabol, or even said I love you. Para bang tanggap na nya tanggap na nya na hiwalay na kami... Our relationship is over.
