I gave birth to our adorable babygirl nearly four months ago. Kaziah Miani Taylor Brewster, the light of our eyes. Both Dave and I are insanely in love with our daughter. The beautiful little human who made us become a family. I always wished I could've carried my mother's maiden name Burgos so Dave and I decided no harm in allowing Kaziah to carry both of our surnames. After all she is mine just as much as she is his.
After I gave birth I worked so hard to get my body back in good shape. I had a personal trainer with me almost everyday for an hour at home. Plus I eventually put myself on a meal plan which didn't last too long because I love to eat all food.
My issues with Dave hardly being present are non existent right now. We moved into our new home about two months before I gave birth.

I am in love with our new home and even more in love with being a mother. I welcomed motherhood with open arms as did Dave with fatherhood. Dave although still at the trap quite often and working closely with my dad makes it his duty to come home to us at a decent time because according to him he doesn't want Kaziah falling asleep without seeing her daddy's face. Considering she already programmed herself to scream until a certain time when she's ready to sleep it is not a difficult task for him.
Karin has been over at our house almost every week when we just moved in. After I gave birth it was even worse. She is absolutely obsessed with her new godbaby as is everyone else who has met my baby.
Tonight I'm going clubbing with Karin,Britney,Jaime, Melody and my girl Carmen who just graduated from college overseas. Between adjusting to my new life and not having nor wanting a nanny for Kaziah, I haven't really gotten the chance to really go out lately. For this very reason I'm more than excited for tonight.
