Day 3: no one can beat me

My goals are to make her happy and to make her fall for me.

"HAHAHAHA I told you. Aww poor Jungkook-shi, he was rejected." Jimin keep teasing me and it's making me annoyed already.

"Shut it Jimin-ssi. I'll never give up on her so shut up okay?" He was controlling his laugh in front me. "Got it." I swear if he ever confess to the person he likes and he got rejected, I will totally do the same thing to him. x_x

"Rosé-shi, do you have time later?" I asked her. We're still busy working, but I cannot wait for lunch because I wanna eat with her.

"Uhm... Jaehyun-ah is planning to treat me a meal again. Waeyo?" Jaehyun. Jaehyun. Jaehyun. I don't wanna hear his name.

"Aw, can you just cancel it? I'm planning to treat you a meal for lunch also." I softened my voice and that made Jimin-ssi and some of them look at me because of my strange actions.

Don't care.

"Oh wait. I'll inform him." She answered directly. Woah? Did she just agreed to come with me? 1 point for you Jungkook-shi after being rejected, at least you got a point.

"Yes!"

"What's gotten into you Jungkook-ah? You're so silly." Wait, she find it silly? Is that also counted? Hmp.

"Nothing. Just happy." I smiled widely.

"Oh hello Jaehyun-ah? I'm so sorry but I'm not gonna be able to eat with you later." She said over the phone when that guy answered the call.

"Ne, gumawo." Her last words to him.

I'm really curious about him. Does he like my Chae? Well, if he's taken and already have a girlfriend... then why do they keep on seeing each other? His girlfriend might be jealous.

"Hey, I told him already. Where are we eating later by the way?" She laughs, looking so excited. I'm glad that she looks happy.

"Hmm, that's a secret for now." I winked that made her pout and continue to what she's doing.

"야~ you're doing good bruh." Jimin-ssi nudges me. "It's better to call me 'bruh' than the other you usually call me." I replied.

"My dear Jungkook-shi?"

"Stop it. 'Bruh' is much better arasseo? Start calling me by that." I focused my eyes to the monitor. "Does it sounds cool?"

"Yes it is. Continue working." I'm like the higher level in this unit. Our superior is the one who saw my strengths and skills so he decided that I'll be the one to be in the higher level than them. But I still see them as my co-workers who have the same level with me. But I just have to monitor and facilitate them for good.

Lunch.

"Wow, it looks so yummy!" Chae said while paying her attention to the food in front of her. "Yah, didn't know that you were this rich to afford these foods." She looks so happy and hungry at the same time.

"No I'm not. I just want to treat you to a best restaurant here near our building. Good thing there is one." I am just looking at her while she starts eating.

"Why tho? Is it because you like me? HAHAHA kidding!"

"Yes, of course. That's one of the reason." I directly tell her. She choked on her food so I gave her a glass of water. "Hey you're so cute, don't eat so fast." I laughed.

"Ya~ I was just kidding a while ago." She drink the water I offered.

"It's true anyways."

"Whatever. Why aren't you eating? Eat with me ya!" She rolled her eyes. "Okay fine. Enjoy your meal Chae."

"But wait, I'm really curious." She asked once again. Don't regret it if I answer her honestly.

"About what?"

"Why me? Of all people why me? Why do you like me? What do you like about me?" She continue asking while munching her food.

"It's because my heart chooses you. It chooses to beat for you. And everything about you is what I like. You're beauty and you're attitude." I continue looking at her and she stops from eating because of that.

"Wait." I grab the tissue beside me and wipe the food in her lips. She is so clumsy when she eats. Maybe because she's really excited to eat. She's a foodie.

"You are so unbelievable Kook. Why are you so straight-forward?"

"This is what I am. I don't wanna lie to you." I wanna be honest with her all the time. So she could fully trust me.

"Gumawo~" That's what she only said and finish her food.

ー〜ー

"Hey, thank you for the delicious lunch Kook-ssi. I enjoyed it!" She said happily. "I'm glad that you enjoyed it. Let's eat there again next time." I winked at her and hold her by the shoulders. "Gaja."

We entered to our office and they are all in their monitors, working.

"Bruh, how was your lunch?" Jimin asked me once I take my seat beside him. "It was fun. She enjoyed it. She looks really happy."

"Ooh, nice move." I guess that's also a 1 point? All in all, I got 2 points ahuh!

"Uh Jungkook-ah, our superior asked me to have photo copies with you at the lobby." Chae butted in. "Uh ne. Let's go." I accompanied her to the lobby to make photo copies.

"Aigoo, why does the printer have to be here at the lobby? It's too tiring." She complained. "That's why sir Lee Dong Bin asked you to come with me. I'm here to help you don't worry." I said while carrying all the papers while she start the machine.

"Thank you Kook."

As you can notice, she calls me by my nickname Kook only when it's the two of us or outside our work. While I call her Chae. Because when we use our nickname to call each other while working, they'll think there is something between us.

You already know their brains.

That's why I call her Rosé and she call me Jungkook-ah. I'm not quite used to call her Rosé because it sounds too formal for me. But yea, our superior may suspect.

We're back after having several copies of the research papers we're working on.

"It's really tiring. Why does the printer really have to be at the lobby? Rosé is right aish." I complained to Jimin-ssi who's now smirking at me. "What's with that smirk?"

"Bruh... our superior asked the two of you to do it together because he ships the both of you. That's why he also asked the janitor to move the printer at the lobby." He shakes his head because I'm lacking my commonsense.

"You mean, Sir ships me with her?" My tiredness suddenly disappeared.

"Yes, that's what he said to me last time. He even said that you two fits each other. He's envying the both of you. Aigoo."

"Jeongmalyo? Woah daebak!"

Now, I have two person who supports me. If it grows bigger, I'll make an alliance. :^

No one can beat me, even my superior thinks that we fits each other. Uwu, my heart suddenly flutters.
