Day 6: rosé

[JUNGKOOK]

"Sir, thankyou so much for the day off that you've given to us." I bowed to our superior at his office. We went here to say thank you to him.

"Yes sir. It's well much appreciated. We enjoyed it!" Rosé followed with exclamation.

"No problem guys--- wait, you enjoyed your day off? So you mean... two of you spend your day off together?" He became suspicious because of what she said.

"Uh..."

"Yes sir. We spend our day off together." I didn't even hesitate to answer.

He made an 'O' reaction after hearing that. "I see."

"Yah Jungkook-shi, you're so tenacious aren't you?" Our superior winked at me while teasing me to her. I blushed at the thought of that, he supports me for her.

"Kamsahamnida Sir..." I uttered.

"Alright, you guys can go now."

"Where are you going Jungkook-ah?" She asked. "That's a secret Chae." I smiled at her.

I went out the building since I finished all the things that should be done for this day. And also, dinner time is nearing. I planned to buy her dinner because as usual, she eats late at night.

And I wanna buy her a present...

I entered the store, "Good evening Sir. What can I help you?" The seller asked. "Uh, I'd like to buy this one." I pointed the necklace that has a plain diamond pendant.

"Are you buying for your girlfriend? If so, then I suggest this one sir. It's preferred by many." She said and offered the necklace that has a shining heart pendant.

"Actually, she's not yet my girlfriend." I stated. "Oh if that's the case, we have a personalized necklace. It's still available if you want to." She smiled.

"Really? Right now?"

"Ne, do you want her full first name or just the initial?"

"I'd like to put her full first name."

"Alright Sir, what's her name by the way?" She asked. "Rosé."

"Ooh, what a unique name. Wait here for a couple of minutes or for an hour. I'll ask for it." I just nodded as my response. It's not her birthday but I always wanted to buy her stuffs. It makes me happy, because every time I see her smile... my heart can't stop fluttering.

She always makes my heart flutter at different situations.

I waited for how many minutes or it's almost an hour before I received the personalized necklace. I paid and thanked the seller.

It's so pretty just like her, it's a silver necklace with 'Rosé' on it as the pendant. The way her name was spelled was just so perfect.

I rushed to the restaurant and buy her some meal, she's probably hungry by now. It's the same restaurant we ate before.

After buying, I finally went back to our building. It's already 10:45 in the evening. Chae must be the only one left there, based from my calculations. This personalized necklace took time to be received so yeah...

"Oh you're back! I thought you already went home." She happily said. And I was right, she's the only one left here. All of them went home already.

"Did you wait for me?" I asked, because she looks like she waited for me. Geez

"Uh not at all.."

"Stop lying." I teased.

"I'm not lying."

"Yes, you are. By the way, are you hungry? Here. I bought you a dinner." I gave her the paper bag. "Woah, you're really thoughtful these days Kook-ssi." She smiled and mouthed me the word 'thank you'.

She ate her dinner while her eyes are focus on the screen. She's munching her food, as if it was just like a candy. HAHAHA kiyowo...

"Hey Kook. Want some? Have you eaten your dinner?" She suddenly ask while I'm staring at her. "No thanks Chae. I already eat my dinner."

"I just notice. This food tastes so familiar. Is it from the same restaurant we've been before?"

"You're right. Enjoy your meal by the way." I continue to stare at her.

She finished the meal, but not her work.

"Hmm, what's with that stare?" She asked that made me came back from my reverie. I was enjoying the nice scenery but suddenly, she ruined it. Aish.

"Huh?"

"Why are you staring at me like that?"

"Nothing... Why? Am I not allowed to?" I made up a reasonable response. "That's not it. It's just that..."

"You're pretty Chae." I said and her eyes looked at me unbelievably, as if I'm just lying. "Suddenly? You're so straight-forward. Stop it." She starts blushing, and of course I started laughing.

"It's true though. I told you, I don't wanna lie to you. So when I say you're pretty, that's it." I winked.

"아 진짜~" (aigoo, really~)

"Why? Did I make your heart flutter by any chance?" I asked, hoping that I really did.

"Not at all." She laughed, more like insulting and teasing me.

"Chae, I have something for you." I changed the topic. "Jinjja? What is it?"

"Stay still." I tell her to just stay in her seat and I walk towards her direction. "What's with the sudden present? It's not my birthday Kook." She said. "Aniya. I just want to give you a present."

I remove the necklace from the box and put it to her neck. I felt that she froze the moment my hand had a contact with her.

"Woah, this is so beautiful Jungkook-ah." She made an awe while looking at the necklace on her neck in her mirror.

"Just like how beautiful you are Chae." She just smiled at me.

"My name looks pretty in here. Thank you so much Jungkook-shi." She smiled at me and clean her desk. Ready to go home.

I drove her off to her house, like what I usually do.

"Gumawo Kook-ssi. For the meal and for this pretty necklace. Drive safely okay?" She said and bid her goodbye to me as I bid mine, I already drove off over to my house.

ROSÉ 

-she is someone who's not hard to fall in love with. She has this pure heart that anyone can fall for. Her kindness, that no one can be as kind as her. She has a bubbly personality that you'll find over and over again. And her pretty smile which is so contagious. Everything about her was just so perfect.

She is someone... I want to protect as much I can. And for me to do that, I have to make her fall for me.
