Chapter Twenty

The next morning, they woke up to someone pounding on the door.

"Nick!" AJ said. They got up and got dressed and went out and saw AJ and Emily glaring at them.

"What, AJ," Nick said.

"How could you tell Brian what we did," AJ said.

"Like I had a choice, it's all over the news, AJ," Nick said.

"Oh god," AJ said sitting down.

"Yeah, J, he saw the news and called me and chewed me out because he thought me and Briz got married, I couldn't lie to him," Nick said.

"I know, he knows you too well, if you lied to him, he would know it," AJ said.

"I'm sorry, man, we better head back," Nick said. They packed up and headed back to Florida. They went to Kevin's. They walked in and saw Kristin, Leighanne, Brian, Kevin, Howie, and Leigh. The guys introduced the girls to each other. Nick sat down in a chair and pulled Brizee down on his lap and held her.

"Okay, why did you two get married?" Kevin asked.

"Because I wanted to be with her for the rest of my life and didn't feel like waiting," AJ said.

"I love AJ and I don't want to be without him, ever," Emily said.

"Em, tell them the story," Brizee said.

"Three years ago, I was with this guy, his name was David, he asked me to marry him, I said yes, on the day of the wedding, he left me at the altar, saying he was not ready to get married, turns out that he didn't want to marry me, he wanted to marry the girl he was seeing behind my back, he took off and got her and took her to Vegas and got married while I had to deal with the fallout of the wedding," Emily said.

"What a jerk," Howie said.

"He definitely was a jerk, he practically begged her to marry him," Brizee said.

"We don't have a choice but to support you both, we just hope you guys be happy," Brian said.

"We are happy," AJ said. They all went out and Brian fired up his grill. Nick and Brizee cuddled together on a lounge chair. Nick laid there holding Brizee close as she rested her head on his chest and stared at his shirt. AJ and Emily were cuddling in the lounge chair next to them. Brizee was playing with Nick's shirt and deep in thought. Nick was talking with Howie. They all had a good time hanging out. That night, Brizee went home with Nick. He closed the door and locked up the house and saw her standing at the sliding doors looking out at the ocean.

"When the tour is over, I want to move in here with you, if that's okay, I mean," Brizee said. He hugged her from behind and kissed her neck and shoulders.

"Of course it's okay, I want you here with me, I want to hold you every night when I go to sleep, and kiss you when I wake up in the morning,maybe a little lovemaking here and there," Nick said.

"That sounds great, how about starting now," Brizee said. Nick picked her up and carried her upstairs to the bedroom and closed the door and they removed each other's clothes and laid on the bed and they made love off and on for the rest of the night before falling asleep in each other's arms. The next morning, Nick woke up and saw Brizee still sleeping. He smiled and cuddled up behind her and kissed her neck and shoulders. She woke up and smiled.

"Morning, baby," Nick said.

"Morning," Brizee said. She turned over and he leaned over her and kissed her deeply. They were in the middle of making out when the bedroom door opened.
