18 year old Cecilia sat at her friends grave with her head hung low. Ten years ago today her life was ripped into pieces and she lost someone that was really close to her. Word of Junior's death spread fast and the evil man who pulled that trigger went into hiding and hadn't come out since. Nobody knew who that man was except for one person.

And that was Junior's older brother, Kofi. For years everyone wanted answers as to why that man had done what he did. And Kofi had them. Kofi who was 16 at the time owed people money and he wasn't able to pay them back. They took this as a violation and tormented him in many ways possible. It lead to his mum kicking him out and sending him to live with his father in Leeds. When Kofi found out about his little brother's death, it hit him hard and he instantly felt guilty. He felt as if he was the one to blame for this.

Cecilia cleaned up the old flowers and replaced them with new ones. She hated seeing her best friends grave messy so she always felt the need to clean it up. Cecilia bowed her head and said a little prayer then picked up her things and left.

Watching Junior get shot had left Cecilia traumatised and everything about her changed. In secondary school she barely made any friends, her attitude lead to her getting kicked out in year 9; and she had been involved in numerous fights. She was angry at the world and took her anger out on everyone.

Ilayda sat on her bed staring at her son who was a carbon copy of her abusive boyfriend. Today was her son's third birthday and she planned on making it the best day ever. Ilayda found out that she was pregnant with his child in the winter of 2017 . Kalim wasn't too happy about that so he left her and found himself another girl to cause distress.

Ilayda's brother had taken matters into his own hands and went over to the flat where Kalim stayed. They had gotten into an argument and one thing led to another. It broke her heart to know that he had died but she thought that he somewhat deserved it.

"Mummy up up up!" Her son Ibrahim stretched his arms out for her

"Aw you're awake! Happy birthday baby!" She squealed

Ibrahim kissed her cheek and fidgeted out of her arms. His little feet jumped up and down in excitement. The thought of Kalim being here to see his son had crossed her mind but she quickly shook that thought out of her head.

He'd never trouble her again and it was going to stay that way!

Or so she thought...

17 year old Nahzeer sulked in his wheelchair. Here was in a wheelchair, paralysed from the waist below. His dreams of becoming a successful basketball player had been crushed. He had no hope left in him.
If he never went to that party then he wouldn't be sitting in that wheelchair. If Nathaniel hadn't convinced him to go to that party then he wouldn't be in the wheelchair. If he hadn't taken long to answer the boy when he spoke then he wouldn't be in the wheelchair.

When Nahzeer found out that he wouldn't be able to use his legs again, it shattered his heart into a million pieces.

"Mum said that I should bring you breakfast" His younger sister brought in a tray with food on it.

"Hmm thanks" Nahzeer replied grumpily

"H- nevermind I don't want to disturb you" He already knew what she was going to say but his sister knew how much this one question bugged him

Have you spoken to any of them since the incident? And the answer to that was no.

When Nahzeer got stabbed, Elijah, Brandon and Nathaniel had left. And Zakariah stayed behind to make sure that his friend was all right. Since then, Nahzeer and Zakariah stopped talking to them and continued on with their lives.

16 year old Ajay hadn't forgotten about what his ex lover had done to him. He resented her in every way, shape and form. She begged him for forgiveness but he wouldn't have it. Imani would call his phone nonstop crying her eyes out, which lead to him blocking her number.

The side of Ajay's face, neck and his arms had suffered painful second degree burns. The scars on his body had left him traumatised for life. His heart ached every time he looked at himself in a mirror. He didn't feel the same anymore nor did he look the same.
Ajay didn't have to worry about the side of his face because of his long curly hair, but he always felt insecure about his arms and his neck. The weird looks were nothing new to him. He just learned to ignore them and get on with life.

After Ajay's incident, Imani went into hiding for months and prayed that he wouldn't find her. As soon as she came back to London her life went downhill. People had drawn her out for being a set up chick, she had been beaten up numerous times and the people who she asked to help her set up Ajay, exposed her and let the world know who she really is

Hearing this news made him happy but he wanted to even more damage. He was going to ruin her life completely and was going to make sure of it.
