I know, BOOOOOORING, nobody's gonna read this! But I'm sorry for such the delay, the Carl chapter took me so damn long to write and it is by far the longest chapter in this book. (The only chapter that outdoes this one in words is "Pretty Like a Car Crash" in my Michael Langdon book.)
I'm glad all of you have been patient with other requests and you have no idea how grateful I am for it. A lot of shit has been going on and I needed time to unwind so I fleshed out more of the chapters.
